I am giving jimmy 5 stars, if there were more I would give him more! From the first start up moment when I was looking for someone to work on my first home. I called someone who gave my fiance and I a flat rate and not knowing exactly what he would be installing into our home we almost went with them just because his price was way, way cheap, but he never exactly told me what he would be doing to my home. I was out of the loop, it was just like give me the money and I will fix the problem you have for temporary. Then I came across a commercial on TV of Advance Foundation Repair. I thought what the heck let me just call them since they gave free inspections. When I called that next morning they were at my house the day after. The guy that came and inspected was Joey he was so nice made my fiance and I understand everything about what was going on with our home. Told us all our choices and what he believe was the best thing for our home. He showed my fiance everything about the house which the first guy did not do at all. Once we got our quote he spoke with us a little more and told us about the options they have. From that moment when he made sure we knew everything I knew those were the people who are there to help instead of just trying to get a sale. When I spoke with Jimmy to get things going for our home he was so nice and joyful he asked me what worked for me in pricing than him saying here is your flat rate. He was so understanding and wow made this process so MUCH EASIER! I was so scared about going into this all but when I spoke with Jimmy I can honestly say I was very comfortable and knew he was there to help. Jimmy with Advance Foundation is a very honest man with good values and great information for the homeowner. I had someone out months earlier who did provide near the information that Jimmy provided and felt that I needed to get an engineer involved in the process. Jimmy checked every area of my home and walked around outside to point out things to do to help with my foundation. He also explained how to properly use a soaker hose. The misuse of a soaker hose can cause problems. Jimmy even took the time to fix a door for me that was dragging on the floor. Jimmy has done foundation work for my sister. My sister's son was given a bid from some local company who was going to charge him in the neighborhood of 9K to fix a foundation that doesn't need any leveling. Wow... what an amazing Man to be so honest and upfront. Jimmy has been working and studying this work since the age of 12. We bought an old pier and beam house in Waco area which had a "heave" on one corner. We called Advanced to have someone come out. They immediately transferred me to the owner, Jimmy, who was super nice to talk to on the phone. But better yet, he came out the same day, looked at our problem, and told us what we needed to do to fix it ourselves. He was so honest, instead of charging us thousands of dollars to fix, he told us the tools and supplies we would need. To him, our problem was small and could be handled by us (which ended up being true!). But to us, not knowing about foundations at all, it was a huge problem and we could not have fixed it without him. Call Advanced for foundation repair! We had Advanced House Leveling & Foundation Repair work on our home back in March. Wade came out, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the entire process to us. Jana was helpful getting us on their schedule and was very responsive any time we had a question. What was most impressive was 3 months later my family was returning from a trip and could not access the front door. Thinking the foundation may have shifted I contacted Advanced. Jimmy (owner) was out at our home in 10 minutes at 6:45pm at night. He was able to get the door open and save the day which had nothing to do with the foundation (lock issue). Jimmy took control as I certainly couldn't and David kindly changed my tire. Most people would have stopped there but not Jimmy. We had a leak in a pipe under our slab!! Our plumber recommended Advanced Foundation Repair & House Leveling to tunnel 26 feet under our home in order for him to be able to repair the leak. We were freaking out! We highly recommend this company! The men who arrived to dig the tunnel were extremely hard working! They did us an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Ben and Juan ( Forman's) were very professional and the rest of the crew did a great job. They have been here before to do the front and this time they were here to readjust the front and also level the back ( 19 piers). They went through all the original 12 piers in the front and reset some of them. They were really working hard. My only regret is I didn't have them quote the back patio and now that needs to be done. Bottom line is that they really work hard and take their job really serious. Didn't do job correct first time. Owner came out and then sent another crew out. Still not right. Have doors sticking. Have spots that bounce when you walk. Blocks sticking out to far to put on under pinning. Some blocks loose not even shimmed. I was going to do this myself and should have.
