They sent someone out the same day I called and charged me around $4300 for the install. For the past 2 weeks, my garage door won't close since the install and I have been getting error messages. I've called Hero for the past week trying to get someone to come out and service the issue, they tell me management will contact me and never does. The reps take my info and have told me I would get a call back same day, never happens. They took my money and now I can't even close my garage or get someone to even give me a phone call. I wish I could give them 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible service overall, would not recommend them to anyone.

Both times, they got me up and running with repair rather than replacement at prices far, far below what I expected to have to pay. My first experience with them was 8 years ago, so I only remember the great service and price they provided, but the service I just received was also extremely prompt. The repairman made it out same-day and worked in the rain without complaint to get my garage door not just working again, but working better than it has in YEARS. I don't know that I could possibly recommend a business more enthusiastically. I do know that my entire garage is a piece of crap that needs to torn down and replaced... and I know who I'm calling to install the door when that happens.

I have our email exchange where he went on and on about when he was going to do the work. I found out later that he did the same thing to someone else. He will kill you with kindness with texts and calls. a deposit from me and never completed the work. I sent the money via Zelle.
