Is it quick Yes... usually spend about 5 mins but they use the table and that is all it takes. Much more I would not be able to walk out. They have massage tables you can use at no extra fee. They are so accommodating, Dr. Amanda even came in early to make sure I made it to work in time. I can't say enough good about this office. The assistants are very organized and on top of what is going on. I go monthly now for wellness adjustments but when I had problems I went more often. After my right total knee replacement on May 18, 2026, I ran into major delays due to an outside rehab facility losing paperwork and failing to submit for insurance pre-authorization. By the time I finally started rehab 15 days after surgery, complications required me to undergo a manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). It was a painful setback, but getting into therapy right away with Olivia Rose made all the difference in the world. From day one, Olivia was absolute perfection. I often joked with her about being "mean" to me during our sessions, but in all reality, her persistent drive, incredible knowledge, passion fir her trade, and top-tier expertise were exactly what I needed. She knew how to push me through the toughest parts of the rehab process safely and effectively. Thanks to her dedication, patience, and unwavering belief in my recovery, I am now mostly pain-free and genuinely feel like I've been given a new lease on life. I also want to give a special shout-out to her colleague, Mackenzie Gerau, who stepped in seamlessly whenever Olivia was unavailable. The rating is only a three because she tends to want to "try out the latest thing" on you, without really understanding it. Here is what I mean: I went to see her with some shoulder pain. She had just returned from a conference in Las Vegas and she got excited and told me she had just the thing. She did not touch my shoulder or arm. She took some kind of device and thumped it very hard on my collar bone. Then she showed me how to do it myself. It hurt a little, but much of the chiropractic work does hurt a little at first. I had to travel to Montana the next day. I did the thumping thing several times as instructed during the next couple of days and only served to make my collar bone sore along with my shoulder. I ended up going to see a masseuse in Montana. With just a quick look at my range of motion, she dug into my shoulder, found a knot and rubbed it out. Because of that experience, I didn't go back to see Dana. She found out from someone else later why I didn't come back and sent me an odd letter telling me how disappointed she was with me ... this virtually guaranteed I would never return.
