Visits are rushed and perfunctory at best -- generally less than 10 minutes. Plus, there is no privacy; several people are lined up at open tables and worked on simultaneously with no dividers between tables. Only one of the people there loosens the muscles before performing a major back adjustment; the others crack at full strength while tight, which really hurts. The price keeps increasing, making it equal to the cost of going to another provider who provides dedicated, PRIVATE service at a more reasonable pace. I was willing to accept this for a less expensive service, but at this point, unless you're buying in large quantities, it's not worth it. Plus there is a very high turnover rate.

Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. The adjustments are just what I needed, and I felt completely comfortable during that. Very accommodating with writing a note for work with all the right words that fit my specific needs and situation. There was also a blond girl who massaged my neck and she was very kind and sweet! (one is motorized and swivels and such to stretch hip muscles, etc.) He's open, relaxed and friendly, and it's clear his aim is to make you feel better. Is it quick Yes... usually spend about 5 mins but they use the table and that is all it takes. Much more I would not be able to walk out. They have massage tables you can use at no extra fee. They are so accommodating, Dr. Amanda even came in early to make sure I made it to work in time. I can't say enough good about this office. The assistants are very organized and on top of what is going on. I go monthly now for wellness adjustments but when I had problems I went more often. I really can't overstate her expertise. She can pinpoint a precise spot on your spine and make a minor adjustment that radiates relief all over. I can't visit as often as I like, but no matter if it's been a week or month since my last appointment, she can alter her treatment to get me back on track. One day, I came to my regular appointment with a major headache. She asked me if I felt it behind my eyes and I said no, it was mostly in the back of my head near my neck. But sure enough, later that night it started to ache behind my eyes. She is so knowledgeable that she saw the issue before I even felt it. It was unbelievable. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day, and the entire front desk staff greets me by name. I just have nothing bad to say about this place.

From the waiting area with social distancing, to the receptionist behind plexiglass with masks, to getting my temperature taken to ALL staff and doctors wearing masks every time I visit. Changing out protective papers, wiping down the equipment and demonstrating what is the ultimate in making sure all patients are taken care of, I would never go anywhere else!!
