Then on our second visit 1 week later to ensure he was growing properly before we could be seen by a much much much better Pediatrician's office, Owensboro Pediatrics office had the audacity to publicly shame us for needing to choose delayed scheduling of vaccinations due to my extreme allergies and past adverse reactions to vaccinations to ensure our newborn doesn't pass away to an allergic reaction. This office staff desperately needs education on sexual harassment of a minor, manners, and respecting HIPAA. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I was in Chrisney, IN a couple of days ago and stepped on a rusty nail as I was working a fencerow…read more I thought about just cleaning it and leaving it alone, because the nearest ER I could find on Google was in Tell City or Owensboro and I was busy that day and didn't want to drive 30+ miles. So I googled "Urgent Care Spencer County" and one of the first listings was Dr. Sherman's office. I called and the receptionist said that it was a family practice clinic and not an urgent care center and that I should come on in anyway and they'd get me situated. AND BOY DID THEY. The office itself is fine - nice and modern, but the Dr. and his staff are really friendly and helpful! They were a little amused that I was thinking about just turning around and coming back to Chicago for treatment. For such a last-minute visit, they really did it right, too: partial physical, background and history, and the works. It was just a great experience - especially so since it was just right down the road from me. As it turns out, I was so impressed with how friendly and competent the staff were here that I am planning on scheduling my regular doctor's visits 350 miles away from home (I live full-time in Chicago and visit Spencer county regularly) so that this office takes care of my physicals and the sturm und drang that pop up as I career into middle age. Give them a chance if you are near Rockport, IN! Such a great clinic with a super friendly staff and an interesting Doctor!

They truly care and are committed to their patients and it shows in their efforts and dedication in the work they do for us everyday. They are quick with responses, they listen to you about your concerns, and they make time to explain everything in detail. There such a comfort in knowing that we have a provider who is truly there for us! Susan and her team will check on us after visits, they have worked late to help us with emergencies, and even followed up after a visit with more information/options. My husband had a loose crown, so he went in to have it replaced. First they took an xray, then…read morethey took off the loose crown they put on a temporary crown. I called the next day due to my husband having severe nerve pain from the tooth. They said that can be normal for a temporary to be sensitive, I told them it was extreme pain. They told me that it shouldn't hurt when they put on the permanent crown. So my husband stayed in severe pain for 2 weeks, when he went in he told them he wanted it pulled because of the pain. The dentist took another xray and said the tooth looked healthy and didn't want to pull a good tooth. She also told him that if he wanted it pulled it would be 3 weeks before he could get back in to have it pulled, instead of doing it while he was sitting there. She put the permanent crown on and sent him home. After several more days of excruciating pain, and another phone call to the dentist (that was not returned) my husband went to another dentist and had an xray and then told the dentist he wanted his tooth pulled, the pain was to much (at this point it had been 19 days). The new dentist was shocked that a crown was put on a tooth that was in desperate need of a root canal. The dentist gave my husband informed consent of all possible options, my husband said I appreciate it, but I just want the tooth pulled. The dentist pulled the tooth. Needless to say, we will never be going back to Dr. Brandi Erwin in Reo, IN.
