So location was one of my reasons for choosing this business. A couple of things that really impressed me was communication. The receptionist was polite and made me feel welcome. The dental assistant was polite and professional through out the process. She and Dr. Craig communicated every step of what was going to be done. Which calmed my presence. I thought I was going to need a root canal and a crown. Dr. Craig reassured me that a filling would suffice. I am truely pleased with the outcome and will be returning for future services.

I had to wait for two days because they did not return my call finally the third day they called me back (after calling over & over) and refused to give me an anabiotic and said that I would not let him look at the tooth. I explained that he did and he's the one who told me it was infected and that she needed to go tell him that and she told me I will not tell her what to do and hung up on me. I guess I can just keep this infection. I have to give a star but this would be a negative!
