We have been in our home for over 20 years and have a great back patio space that was not usable due to the heat as well as all the dirt and rainwater that would come through the screening. We spent more time mopping up than sitting out there. We started looking for estimates to enclose it and when we found someone reputable their quote was beyond affordable. A few years later we saw a neighbor's finished patio and really liked the look and got the name and called advanced aluminum. Best decision we could have made. It is now a year after advanced aluminum finished the job and it still looks brand new. We installed a/c and have enjoyed many hours on our new patio. We have put down area rugs and furnished it and entertain often- without fear of leaks that would ruin furniture or rugs. With all the windows it is like sitting out in the yard over- looking the water and the florida wildlife. We highly recommend advanced aluminum. Excellent experience from start to finish. This was a complete rescreening of our backyard pool enclosure. Paula was great to work with; her easygoing manner made the process a pleasure. AA's price for the job was significantly less than the other proposals I received. We were put on the schedule when Paula projected (late Jan/early Feb 2019), and the crew came and went over the two days the job took without causing any major disruption. Advance Aluminum, what a bunch of lying (Paula) people. Had a patio built in Feb 2016 and the very first rain brought a leak and of course I call them to stop the leak and the next five or six leaks in the same place and a couple of others and the months rolled on. Called them Nov 2, 2016 and was told I would be put on the schedule and it is now Nov 25, 2016 and I am still waiting for that call. I knew by the tone of Paula's happy, cheery voice that was a lie. Yes, a lie cause I still haven't gotten a call to get the leak fixed. I paid a lot of money for this patio and I intend to keep adding to this until I get satisfaction. It's been nine months starting in Feb 2016 and still my patio leaks and I will continue to add to this monthly. If its forever, I will add this to my monthly duties just like a real job. read more

Stainless steel screws and bolts, thank you. After the last hurricane a palm tree took out the pool enclosure. AA provided info for my insurance claim process, insurance paid toward the enclosure to current code of 150 mph wind rating where I live, once I had funds set, I was able to sign the contract and placed in line for install. With 22k total damage, insurance total payment 11k after all deductibles and depreciation/s. The codes were modified in 2014/15. AA did an engineering plan, filed with the code office for a building permit, and placed on the schedule. Salesman was prompt, knowledgeable, and contactable. He gave me needed info and options for the replacement. Hurricane or not, the wait for completion of the enclosure was worth the excellent result.
