My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are.
