Despite leaving a polite voicemail and follow-up texts, I was completely ghosted -- no call, no show for the appointment, no explanation. Zero communication. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful of people's time, and reflects very poorly on how they handle customers. Ghosting clients is simply unacceptable and should not be tolerated in our community. I am posting this review as a warning to others -- we all deserve reliable service and basic courtesy. I have no idea why i was ghosted as my neighbor highly recommended him.

DO NOT USE this company. A complete rip off. Told me that I would pay $149 for a service call on a…read moreless than 2 year old dishwasher but that would be applied toward the repair cost. Technician was very capable and cordial and found that the heating element was bad. However, the material and labor quote to repair was more than the cost of a new dishwasher. I thought I'd take it up with the owner of the company after it was repaired, since I would be out the $149 for nothing if I didn't do it. When I called Shelly the next day, she said you EITHER pay the $149 for the service call or the cost of the repair (no credit for the service call amount as I was told during my initial consult). The tech was there for one hour total and my bill, including the inflated cost of the part was $329.38. Shelly was very short when I argued with her on the phone. Wouldn't even consider doing the right thing. Beware.
