I called to find out how much it would cost to have the oil and spark plugs changed in my Generac. I was told that it would cost $175 for an inspection to see if it was installed up to code before they would schedule maintenance. They guaranteed they could repair my genset. I waited a month for a visit from a tech. He came out and said everything looked ok, but he would need information from Cummins. That was a month ago and I've called at least 8 times and was promised a call back that never happened. I called and asked to speak to the owner, but he's unavailable too. My guess is that service after a sale is the same way. I know my business wasn't important. Their guarantee is worth nothing. Find someone else. I had to give one star or it wouldn't post. read more

I could not possibly compliment this family owned business more.. We got our whole home Generac generator in 2017 with annual maintenance and recently we had an extended power outage where the generator was running for extended period of time. I was unsure what the situation was with that as most of our outages are just a few hours. I contacted the office and private message through facebook for instructions as it was a holiday of course. I got called back in just a few hours from Melissa very interested in helping me understand what to do then the office called to set up a service call to give us information and assess the generator (it was almost time for annual check up). Today Chris came out and completely explained the process and answered all my questions while I videoed his information for later. He was polite and knowledgeable. Everything is in perfect order and I LOVE this generator and the peace of mind it gives us...retirees.. that we will always have power even in outages. read more
