She has made appointments with her patients and when they show up, she is unprepared and her computer software programs don't always work properly. This creates a very hectic appointment and sometimes unsuccessful. This is not the first time we have experienced this poor customer service and unresponsiveness from her. She has a pattern of treating her patients in an unprofessional manner. Hearing is a vital need for individuals. When people rely on hearing aids to assist them with their daily life, it is not acceptable to just not stay in touch with patients and keep track of their hearing aid devices when they don't work. Stay away from this audiologist!

I now have devices that fit comfortably and completely in my ear canal. Making the appointment was a breeze!! Rudy got me in the same day! Parking is plentiful in the shopping center lot. Ms. Bustamonte is so kind and gives such attention to detail. My hearing loss is quite unique, and programming the devices was quite complicated however she assured that the fit was comfortable, the sound was crisp and clear on both sides. Also know that your brain gets used to the sound and requires a readjust to the devices in about a week or two. Again she was brilliant in getting it just perfect. My left ear hearing aid suddenly was not receiving any sounds . How was I going to do my presentation and answer questions following the presentation . I was so worried. I called your office and your staff member said they would see me. I prayed and so did the wonderful lady at the front desk. She went to work on my hearing aids right away. She was able to clean my receivers and get them back working. She totally saved my day and I was able to do my presentation and answer questions without missing a beat . They made a mistake on our billing statement and refused to resubmit the claim to United Health Care for my son. Keeping my son from being able to see the Dr Travis again. Their billing department is not only lazy, they are unprofessional and unethical on many levels. The billing staff member I spoke to from SFENT not only refused to resubmit the claims BUT also told me she couldn't because" her supervisor told her not to " when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said her supervisor was in a meeting. My son is 3 years old and my insurance has paid out thousands to this provider. Their staff is very unprofessional and untrained on billing. Would not recommend

Another thing that irritated was the fact that he charges a $50 fee upfront to see him. He doesn't run insurance unless labs and other things are needed which made me even more irritated. However once I actually went in and saw him, I was so pleased! Dr. Issa listened to everything that I had to say and was patient with me. I did not feel rushed or just a another to patient to him. His bed manner is exceptionally. I have raved about him to my mom and others. I love that certain things are readily accessible within his office and doesn't require prescriptions or orders to outside labs. I also love that apart of the yearly check ups with him includes things like EKGs and certain blood work. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I can't say enough about Dr. Issa.
