She has made appointments with her patients and when they show up, she is unprepared and her computer software programs don't always work properly. This creates a very hectic appointment and sometimes unsuccessful. This is not the first time we have experienced this poor customer service and unresponsiveness from her. She has a pattern of treating her patients in an unprofessional manner. Hearing is a vital need for individuals. When people rely on hearing aids to assist them with their daily life, it is not acceptable to just not stay in touch with patients and keep track of their hearing aid devices when they don't work. Stay away from this audiologist!

I now have devices that fit comfortably and completely in my ear canal. Making the appointment was a breeze!! Rudy got me in the same day! Parking is plentiful in the shopping center lot. Ms. Bustamonte is so kind and gives such attention to detail. My hearing loss is quite unique, and programming the devices was quite complicated however she assured that the fit was comfortable, the sound was crisp and clear on both sides. Also know that your brain gets used to the sound and requires a readjust to the devices in about a week or two. Again she was brilliant in getting it just perfect. My left ear hearing aid suddenly was not receiving any sounds . How was I going to do my presentation and answer questions following the presentation . I was so worried. I called your office and your staff member said they would see me. I prayed and so did the wonderful lady at the front desk. She went to work on my hearing aids right away. She was able to clean my receivers and get them back working. She totally saved my day and I was able to do my presentation and answer questions without missing a beat . Cleaning for the hearing aids seemed to be cheaper here, too. Edgardo Mock, the owner, is not rude and will engage in a conversation with you and listen to you. He was generous enough to do a price match with the same streamer (bluetooth device that I hang around my neck to hear the TV better and to have a hands free phone conversation) I was about to get in the other location. I wanted to get it from him, because I like his adjustments far better. Every time I walk in there, I see him with a happy client. I have hope in this place.
