First time trying out this place after leaving the one down the road due to lack of customer service!! I came here for the first time a little over a week ago.. I was greeted by a huge smile and asked what type of service I was looking for.. Other car washes in the area would wait until I told them what I wanted. I walked thru and was surprised to see how nice and clean the inside and tunnel was.. The owner and owner son were there. Both very nice. I was really happy with the appearance and even happier with the Job they did ! The prices were great and the son was outside to check over the car before I left.. I found this place on Yelp because the car wash I had previously tried a few times was not that good. What a wonderful job they did! Service was not only fast and friendly, but extremely efficient!! I especially like that in addition to the "packages" i.e. what you want done, they offer "a la carte" services, so if I don't want to get the whole shibang (sp? Lol!) I can just get the basic and buy an inside Armoral wipe for like $3 more!!! I LOVE IT!!! Going to recommend them to all local family and friends! The VERY best car wash around and worth driving to. I have used Advanced Auto Spa for years while living in Matawan. I recently moved 40 minutes away and can't find anyone to come close to their quality and courtesy. I actually structure my travel and errands around getting to Advanced Auto Spa as much as I can. It's worth the trip! The owners could not be more professional and caring for their customers or their employees - really nice to see. Best of all, I don't have to come home and touch up the car! I looked this place up online and decided to take a ride and check them out. It's been years since I got my car detailed. I got my car detailed inside out and the engine cleaned. I was very happy and impressed with the result. My 7 year old car looked brand new. I enjoyed the service that Marco and his crew provided. Had My Mercedes detailed here. 5 years and Three kids later, the result was a Car that was disgusting to say the least. I was so nervous to drop it off to be detailed. The owner was so Nice. Had my car washed here. Was outside enjoying the sun while I saw someone working on the bumper of my car were I got hit. I noticed he was there for at least ten minutes. Shortly after he approached me and let me know he fixed it.. I was shocked. My car was going to be turned in soon and he saved me so much money. he popped my bumper right back into place. Love this place. Everyone is super friendly and always smiling. It's nice to not only have a great job and not worry and be ontop of them. But to also have great conversation with the boy behind the counter. He's so helpful and nice. Great with cars too. One time had a check engine light. I recently brought my car and my husband's car to have the "Baby on Board" stickers removed, and Marco did an amazing job. He not only took off the decals, but also ensured there's no trace left behind. He touched up the areas with paint, and you can't even tell the stickers were ever there. Wash my car here at least once a week. I love this place. Take advantage of their spot on Card. For every ten washes you get one free!! Owner is super friendly and always makes me laugh.. Best Wash in the Area. i travel from Holmdel past 5 car washes to come here. Owner is super nice and goes out of his way to always make sure im happy.
