I was looking for an awning over my back patio. I called Razorback, they came out we agreed on a…read moreprice and they ordered the awning. My roof has a section that protrudes out, so they were going to have to use a corner piece to go around the protrusion. The awning butted up against the house until the corner pieces were installed. The awning over the protrusion left about a one inch gap. they installed a metal bracket to conceal the gap. I'm not sure why they couldn't make it butt up like the rest of the house. This part of the installation didn't look professional to me. I addressed this issue and was told they couldn't make it butt up because of the eave how it was made, but it butted up on the rest of the house just fine. Not only that but when it rained it leaked. I called them to complain about it and they came out tried to seal the leak, but it still leaked. They were called six times and six times they came out and it still leaks! I just quit calling them. I don't think they can close the gap or seal the leak
