We have at least 2 hollow tiles where the grout is coming up already. The job took 2 weeks which seems like a long time to me. The plumber that they sent out seemed to be on something. We had to hire another plumber to fix a leak they he caused. The tile job itself is sloppy. There are too many small issues to mention.The whole job looks like a DIY project. That is why we hired someone to do it and didn't do it ourselves, to keep it from looking like a 5 year old did it. Even at the beginning they tried to over charge us for the material. Then when we complained they took some money off some areas of the bill but added to other areas. My husband had to go get that worked out. They were short on material and had to use our extra tile that we had from another job. At this point it would take tearing everything out and starting over to fix everything that is wrong.

When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh is very professional, knows his stuff, and really cares about his clients. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on!

They came and took a couple stabs at fixing but when it rains it still leaks, same if there is snow accumulation. I sent a video said he would come fix it don't worry, he didn't and now won't answer his phone for me or his text. I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this. I even told him if he needed to charge and he shouldn't we could discuss that as well, still no response.

This company was amazing. Best customer service ever not to mention the superior job. Yes it was expensive but worth every dime. We moved into a home that was previously owned by a pet owner so what happened was our pets urinated everywhere they smelled the previous pets. We have lots of carpet too. We had it cleaned by other companies but smell and stain came right back so to me that was just waste of my time and money. I called Chem Dry for a different appoach since all others did not work. The actual owner of the company came and gave me all my options from least aggressive to most aggressive cleaning. I purchased P.U.R.T which is Pet Urine Removal Treatment along with carpet cleaning. It is the most awesome product. My house smells amazing and carpet looks great. I have had carpet cleaned many years by many different companies in many different states and this by far has been THE BEST. While here I had them clean my rugs and tile in sunroom which was fantastic too. The company worked hard for a long while at my house and very considerate of my active children and things we had going around house. They actually moved furniture as they cleaned and just didn't clean around it!!!! I was guauranteed no smell and if after a good week I still had odor they would come back. My daughters room did have just a little odor compared to rest of house, but her room was also worse than any other place. They came right back out the following week to take care of it and worked into my schedule not their schedule. I will never us another company or type of cleaning again. Very knowledgable about the service they provide. Can't wait to have them back in future to clean my leather and fabric upholstered furniture. Be very patient with P.U.R.T cleaning - the longer it dries the better. Thank you Chem Dry of Sebastian County. Great Job!! We are moving into a house that had a large dog. I couldn't be in the house for every long without starting to get a headache. I'm allergic to pets. My husband said it smelled funny. When I called ChemDry, I told Maria we could not move anything to the new house without it being cleaned. She sent the manager out that evening. We had already used the black light ourselves. (Walmart has a black light flash light for about 10.00.) My husband and the manager went around the house discussing what needed to be done. We had them clean and seal the tile, clean and polish the laminate flooring, clean and spot treat the carpets, clean and polish the kitchen granite. They were their from 5:30pm to almost Midnight. They used their own electric and water. The dirty water was collected in their tank. That means our utilities didn't take a hit on our budget. The house looked amazing when they were finished. Two days later a grandson came to the house for the first time. As he's walking in the door and commented how good the house smelled. The amount of dog hair and people fluids we didn't realize are in our house... it will make us think again about moving into a house that hasn't been professionally cleaned. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and except for the clean shiny floors in the house and the wonderful clean smell, you'd never know they had been there. We agreed on a price and they stuck to it. We are very happy with the results and service! Thank you very much for making our new house livable!! read more

I think I can safely now recommend Chem-Dry of Crawford and Sebastian County (Elmer Reyes) as the area "Experts" on Saltillo tile restoration and maintenance. Elmer and his crew (especially Saul) went above and beyond to restore my severely damaged Saltillo tile back to the beautiful natural stone look that we loved so much when we first installed it 20 years ago. But more important to me was Elmer's commitment to finish the job to my satisfaction. There were some bumps in the road, as far as the tile not cooperating, but Elmer and Saul were committed to solve the issues and tried really hard to keep my stress level low...not always successful at that part. If you ever need any type of cleaning project done...carpets, siding, stone, tile, grout...this is the company you need to contact. Also important to note that I never hesitated to have them in my home when I was not there. They were honest, incredibly well mannered and wanted what was best for their client. If you know me you know I have 3 male toy poodles and 1 female. Over the last couple of years "training" has been difficult. Our carpets looked and smelled awful. ChemDry came to my residence at our scheduled time. They used a special light to show the worst areas. They explained what needed to be done, how long the process would take, and how to prevent the major problems from coming back. Their friendly, gracious manor made me feel comfortable while they worked in my home. When they were finished the carpets looked better than I could have imagined. Aaron, the salesman, came to our home to talk to us about putting a new roof on our home in August…read more2022. Boy did he have a sales pitch! Not only could he get our roof replaced, but he could get the insurance to cover our metal top pavillion (the dings in it that HE saw), the paint dings in our painted pathway from the patio to our swing, the firepit that had dings in it, etc., etc. He told us that he was going to sell us the HIGHEST quality shingle! Not knowing much about shingles, we trusted every word that came out of Aaron's mouth. We DID have some doubt about his claims that he could get all that other stuff covered, but he said he could so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Well, long story short, Aaron sold us mostly a BILL of goods. He never spoke with our insurance company about anything BUT the roof and our firepit. We could live with that. BUT, AFTER we had paid IN FULL for the job, over $26,000, he told us that "that just wasn't going to work for him" (the balance of the bill that I wrote the check for which was over $16,000) and then he said that we "are making out like bandits"), because we were still due the recoverable depreciation which he had initially told us we would keep to use as we saw fit (which we are using half that we kept to do more work on our home). After all was said and done, about a month or so later, Aaron's boss called us for more money. Even though we had a "paid in full" invoice!! We eventually got sick of being bothered by Top Notch people, so we agreed to give them half of that RD that we had received to get them off of our backs. Jump forward to after this last horrific hailstorm that we had...20 straight minutes of marble to quarter sized hail. It severely damaged our pavillion. It damaged our roof and gutters and leaf filters, among other things. So, we had other roofers to come out to take a look at the damage. We actually had four roofers come. Everyone of them told us that they noticed some nails sticking up from the shingles and other places that were already beginning to rust and advised us to keep an eye out for these areas. Two of them told us that these so called "HIGHEST QUALITY" shingles were not even close to being "HIGHEST" quality. As a matter of fact, what brought that conversation up with both of these roofers was when I told them that our neighbor's roof looked so much prettier and that he had told us the manufacturer of his roofing shingles was Tamko and the style was Titan. But when I did research on HIS shingles, the reviews were awful! Tamko Titan shingles are supposed to be the BEST shingle that Tamko makes. I ventured out to my garage and found the bundle of shingles still wrapped that the roofers had left behind when they installed my roof. Those were Tamko Heritage--a MUCH cheaper, less dense, thinner shingle than even the Tamko Titans. So TOP NOTCH DID NOT USE THE HIGHEST QUALITY SHINGLE ON OUR HOME AS AARON STATED WAS GOING TO BE USED!!! And apparently, the job was subpar if nails are already sticking out after only a month and a half on our roof. We have discouraged our neighbors from using Top Notch for the shear dishonesty that comes out of Aaron's mouth. But also, now, because of the poor workmanship. BEWARE OF TOP NOTCH ROOFERS in Fort Smith, AR!!!
