Dr Nguyen and his staff are candid and approachable. I had a lot of questions about my condition and Doc took the time to listen and explain (even though it was closing time). Receptionist provided full disclosure of prices for different types of treatments and recommended I get a regular adjustment and then let Doc decide whether I needed extra therapy; everything turned out okay! I diddnt pick 5starz as I have mentioned to the staff that I would like more paper to lay on, they only place a Small square and I have a head full of hair!! Wow! Dr Nguyen was amaaaaaaazing. My friend recommended Dr. Nguyen when I had severe back and neck pain for several months, probably from my poor posture at work that requires 8 hours in front of a computer. I've been to other chiropractor and this is so far my favorite. After my accident, I had really bad back pain to the point that I couldn't walk. I called Dr. Nguyen office to get an appointment and luckily I got one the same day. His well informative, caring and you feel the compassion from him and his staff when they see you. I'm thankful that I get to move more and bend a little after my first treatment. After my third treatment, I am able to bend and walk more. My favorite is their "extraction" treatment-I hope I got it correctly it's like a massage bed that you lay on and it has a roller that goes up and down your back to massage your back. My problem is the place is very dirty, floors are dirty the waiting room is dirty and exam room under the exam bed was just full of dirt and filth.
