No one showed up, no call, no notice, after my wife called to find out why our appointment was ignored no one answered, later we received a call from them informing us that bob was not in town, had no intention of showing up or even letting us know they would be leaving us high and dry, they also said they had no one to come until next week. If we would have known in advance we could have found another cleaning service or responsible company that would have handled our needs. Some advance notice would have greatly been appreciated.
