I have lived in my house for 5 years and have never had my windows professionally cleaned. I've done the more visible ones myself a few times but they always seemed streaky even after repeated attempts. It was my gross, dusty screens that finally got me to seek professional help, however. I called Squeegee Monkey based on their Yelp reviews and had Casey come over for an estimate. The estimate was so thorough and honest. I had no idea I had storm windows (I know...not a window expert) and taking them apart to clean each side of both windows was going to double the cost. To help me make my decision, Casey took one storm window apart and cleaned it, then cleaned the window right next to it, leaving the storm window alone. I stared at the results, side by side, and was able to choose the less expensive option because I could tell it didn't make much difference. I was so appreciative of him making that effort during the estimate. I also asked him to clean my gutters but when he got on the roof to look at them, he took pictures so he could show me that they didn't need to be cleaned either. On the day of the job, Casey and another employee worked hard for 5 straight hours getting every window and screen in my house sparkling clean. They even replaced two of my ripped screens and when one came loose the next day, Casey came over on his lunch break to replace it again. This is a standout company doing honest, thorough work and definitely deserves a 5 star rating in both customer service and quality. read more

He took great care with our home and our pets. He even cleaned the windows and skylights in our barn.
