Update! May 2026 Ta da! All great, well beyond my expectations. Everyone on the surgical was highly qualified with years of experience and the surgical center is state-of-the-art. Dr. Levi is amazing and I cannot praise him and everyone enough. I'm 3 weeks out, swelling and bruising minimal, pain management not really needed past day two, just a feeling of tightness. A follow up for suture removal went fine, and I'm seeing more results by the day. This is THE place to go for men and women considering cosmetic enhancement. Woo hoo! Wow, stay away. You can make this story up. First surgery date cancelled for lack of knowledge. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post. So I filled out the form online to schedule an appointment for my very first consultation for breast augmentation two weeks ago. They called me to set up appointment 2 days after I fill out the online inquiry, then they sent me paperwork to fill out. They even took my bank account to have on hold in case I don't show up to said appointment I will be charge $50. That's understandable. Anyway, today was supposed to be my appointment. I took half day off work and my husband did too so he can accompany me. Five minutes before leaving the house, I got a call from Advanced saying they had scheduling conflicts and wondering if I could come at 1:30 instead of 3:30 and if I can't, could I reschedule. The lady even said she tried to call me sooner but I did not pick up. That's a lie because I did not get a missed call from your office. My phone was stuck with me because of my job so don't lie to me. I live 1.5 hours away so there's no way I could be there in 30 minutes. So no, I will not reschedule. You just wasted my time and half my day and basically ruined the excitement I was feeling for the week because I'm finally doing something I've wanting to do in forever. I think the pictures speak for themselves... Dr Levi Young was able to transform my body into a better version of itself with limited recovery time. After three kids, I needed to cut away some of the loose skin/stretch marks, fill in the boobs to make them happy again, and I could not be happier with artwork Dr Young left me with!! Update- because I left an honest review Advanced cosmetic is refusing to see me or treat me for the migratory Botox that they admit they did. This is caused by injector error and now they want me to go spend more money to go somewhere else and have this treated. For the amount of money I've wasted here you could go to a place so much better. I can't speak for dr. young on how good he is or not because I did not see him. I saw who I believe is his wife? I've been getting BOTOX for the better part of five years so I knew what to expect and I knew what I wanted. Her injecting technique is not great, I have never had painful Botox before but this was painful and left lumps across my forehead that lasted for days. There are creases on both sides of my eyebrows where it was injected improperly I emailed the office to see about scheduling an appointment to get this fixed and they told me they would prefer I wait another week. Fast forward another week and my left eyelid is drooping and they did email me to follow up and when I expressed that I still was unhappy with the service and it still did not look great I never even got a reply. For as many providers as there are in this area for injectables there's no way I could recommend this woman read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hall, his staff, and the people that work in the surgery center he does procedures at. His staff are so polite and willing to answer any questions you have before and after the procedure. If you have to leave a message for his nurse she calls you back quickly and gets you squared away. They are with you from the consultation, surgery, and follow-ups. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Hall to all of my friends. I did consultations with 3 other doctors in the Kansas City area and I do not think there is a better place to go than here. read more

Dr. Young just recently did my 3rd breast augmentation (I had complications with the implants the previous two times thus me having to have it done for a 3rd time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Young, his staff and his overall patient care. I was referred to him by Dr. Hall who was the prior surgeon that hand picked Dr. Young to take over his practice upon retiring in Summer 2015. Dr. Hall had nothing but kind things to say about the character and overall ease of presence that Dr. Young carries himself with. Upon first meeting him in my consult, he made me feel warm and welcome and all my inhibitions about sitting across from him in a robe scantily clad quickly went out the door. We discussed the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure and he was extensive in detail and thorough while patient to answer any questions or concerns I had. I never once was made to feel as if my opinion wasn't valued or if my particular shape and weight was more than it should be and he assured me that he was confident he could assist in my overall expectations to look and feel better about myself. He was very honest in what I should expect, clearly laid out any potential risks as well as prefacing how my current body shape and weight could impact the overall results. He ultimately armed me with enough factual information to make me feel empowered to make my decision to move forward or wait based on my own personal needs. I called Liz, his administrator and scheduler, and asked a million questions leading up to the day of surgery. She was always so sweet and answered what she could and if she wasn't sure she would enlist the help of Dr. Young's nurse Kim. Kim is so warm and makes you feel so at ease and comfortable and she has a very nurturing way of caring for you. His staff is the backbone of his practice and he has chosen them well. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Young came to see me before surgery and draw all over me. That is the most fun I have ever had in my life, total confidence booster. He asked if I had any last minute questions to which I razzed him and told him to be very thorough and not screw up. He smiled and gave me a nod of certainty that he had it all under control. Every nurse I came in contact with raved about how amazing he was as a surgeon and how he was a perfectionist and beyond thorough when working on a patient. The pride he takes in his work in each of his patients speaks for itself when you first see yourself in a mirror after surgery. The thing I have grown to appreciate the most about Dr. Young is not just his meticulousness as a plastic surgeon but the calmness and ease he helps you feel as a patient; before, during and after surgery. He has a great personality that is easy going and just makes you feel at home. He is truly one of a kind and really one of the few down to earth all around nice guys. After reviewing many KC doctors in Realself, I encouraged my sister-in-law to visit Dr. Young for a breast lift. She was very happy with the initial visit. He was very nice and she liked that he prides himself as being an artist. Her lift looked amazing right away. It wasn't until several weeks into the recovery she developed a hole at the flat area of her nipple. He explained it was normal and gave her medicine to apply. The area began to grow and look terrible, he just told her to be patient and it would get better. At 6 weeks her nipple looked rotten and deformed. He made her feel stupid for questioning and complaining. He kept telling her to use the cream and gave her antibiotics. She went the entire summer unable to swim and is too afraid to ask him to fix it for fear of making it worse. She also said he never washed his hands or wore gloves before or after her exams. I feel terrible recommending him to her. He may be an artist on paper but not on humans. If you ever have a problem with your surgery don't expect him to stand behind his work read more
