    Update! May 2026 Ta da! All great, well beyond my…read moreexpectations. Everyone on the surgical was highly qualified with years of experience and the surgical center is state-of-the-art. Dr. Levi is amazing and I cannot praise him and everyone enough. I'm 3 weeks out, swelling and bruising minimal, pain management not really needed past day two, just a feeling of tightness. A follow up for suture removal went fine, and I'm seeing more results by the day. This is THE place to go for men and women considering cosmetic enhancement. Woo hoo! April 2026So far so great- prepping for a procedure and everything has been quite smooth and Dr. Levi and staff are extremely professional and very knowledgeable.

    Wow, stay away. You can make this story up…read more First surgery date cancelled for lack of knowledge. Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post. Thankful we can walk away and seek a more professional provider.

    I was involved in a rollover accident in 2004 and my fingers were busted I was in Research Medical…read morecenter Kansas City in Kansas City Missouri for a few weeks Dr McClung was scheduled to do a skin graft on me and was supposed to arrive at 1: 30pm...he arrived between 8:30 and 9: 00pm He was tired and agitated and was short with me I told him all my family had gone home due to the long wait and I didn't feel comfortable going under Anesthesia with no family around and could he reschedule me. He told me no he had other appointments either I wanted to do it or I didn't.... Reluctantly I did scared if I didn't my fingers would set that way forever Of course my fingers were in bandages for a little while... When it was time for the reveal I was very excited.... When he took the bandages off lo and behold I was stuck with the same hand anyway... just with some grafted skin over it... I didn't have the information then that I have now... My finger should have been shaving down first... Him being a surgeon knew that and didn't inform me and just made a few bucks off of me...I still can't make a fist I just have a Hideous Hand. He was rushing he was tired he was not compassionate,I can tell that when I look at my hand. I'd ask my primary doctor at one time for a referral to try to get my hand fixed and unknowingly she referred me to Dr.McClung... Now I'm on a fixed income due to health reasons through the years and I'm just stuck like this.... Here it is almost 20 years later and I'm still hiding my hands because I hate when people stare at it

My first visit with Dr. Fu was in early May, 2021 after having been hospitalized and diagnosed with Blepharospasms. These were intense enough they were affecting my entire face. I could literally almost not see out of one of my eyes, and it was negatively affecting almost every aspect of my personal and professional life. My Neurologist and the hospital prescribed Clonazepam, recommended Botox treatments, and referred me to KU. My appointment is in January. Yay, I can knock myself out when it gets to be too much. Luckily, my eye Dr. was in the loop too, and referred me to Dr. Fu. My first appointment with Dr. Fu was amazing. It was obviously never brought up to me, but I am pretty sure Dr. Fu worked through whatever sliver of time she takes for herself during the day advocating for me with my insurance company. It was a prior authorization mess, and she waded through it with me and got everything worked out. The difference her initial Botox treatment made that day was like night and day! Not just for my vision and the spasms, but my basic sanity. Dr. Fu explained everything she would be doing, and patiently answered my barrage of questions. Dr. Fu presents herself very professionally, and her compassion and desire to help her patients appears very genuine. Really, it shines. The additional Botox treatments Dr. Fu provided on my 2nd and 3rd visits have reduced the spasms to a level where they really can not be noticed. Her knowledge of the face and eyes became quickly apparent, in a very reassuring way. More importantly, Dr. Fu applies this knowledge with artistic precision. Here is the reality, I was an unpredictably spazzing moving target who required a lot of injections, most in very close proximity to my eyes. We are talking a LOT of units, involving multiple visits. She absolutely nailed it! I still honestly have no idea how she did it. Especially that first visit. Dr. Fu also took time to research my medications, explained how each can individually interact with each other, and pointed out how a few of them could potentially be causing some other vision problems I have been having since the onset of these spasms. She went much more in depth with me on this than other Doctors have. I fell short of not writing an essay, but I had to provide the big picture to convey how important your big picture is to her. If that makes sense? Here is the point I am trying to make.... Over the course of 2 months, Doctors in 5 different specialties, a hospitalization, a lot of imaging, and who knows how many appointments.... Dr. Fu is the ONLY one who has provided ANY relief or alleviated ANY symptoms. If Dr. Fu says she can do what you are asking, she will, and it will way exceed your expectations. If it is not in Dr. Fu's niche, she has no problem telling you this and will use her relationships with other medical professionals to get you where you need to go. I honestly can not think of one bad thing to say about my interactions with Dr. Fu. Her game is on a level far above and beyond that of her peers from where I sit. Full circle back to my initial claim. Dr. Fu is the best!

First, every time I enter this Sephora, there are between 3-5 employees loitering at the center of the entrance, talking to each other. I've even witnessed employees poking fun at customers in the store and laughing. Fairly wretched behavior. These "sales associates" seldom, if ever, look at a customer entering and greet them or ask them if they can be of help. My most recent visit was more of the same. I came in to purchase 2-3 items approximately a week ago. Some of the displays and brand locations within the store had changed, so I was milling around for about 15-20 minutes trying to find the items I needed. No one, repeat - NOT ONE sales associate - asked me if I needed help, though I counted 7 associates roaming the store including a manager talking to 2 associates in the middle of the store while customers walked around and past them. While I was searching for my items, I witnessed a couple of customers who were already in the store who were looking for things and not being helped. A couple of other customers walked in after me and weren't greeted. The manager and 2 sales associates never approached anyone to help them. I made my way back to the fragrance area and was looking around, clearly ripe to be asked if I needed assistance. A male associate was standing in the area as I was smelling fragrances and browsing. He barely glanced at me and then resumed typing into his phone. I sincerely hope he was searching the internet for "what does the word job mean?" When I finally went to check out, I waited alone at the counter for about 5-7 minutes before the same sales guy from the fragrance area came up to the counter and said he could check me out. What a privilege. He told - yup, told, not asked, and with no "please" attached - told me to enter my phone number into the keypad. He asked me if anyone had helped me. I said no, while checking his face to see if he recognized me as the person he had just failed to assist in the fragrance area. But there was nothing but a blank stare returned my way. In the middle of the transaction, as the manager was walking by, he told her he needed to talk to her about something before she left; this interaction had nothing whatsoever to do with me, he was just making sure he caught her - in the middle of "helping" a customer check out. He never told me the total or asked if I found what I needed. He told me the keypad was ready for me to pay with my card. Then he told me my receipt would be emailed to me, handed me my little striped Sephora bag and walked away from the counter as I was still putting my wallet back into my purse. The whole experience was as bizarre as it was bankrupt of service. On top of that, at nearly every makeup area I looked at, Ilia, Kosas, etc., the testers had not been cleaned and makeup was smeared on new, boxed items. Yuck. So my question, Sephora: Why even have sales associates? I literally helped myself until I had to check out and I would have had a more pleasant check out experience with a kiosk and AI. If I could give this location and Sephora's over all lack of customer support online sub zero stars, I would. I'm going to make a concerted effort not to shop with Sephora anymore in general. I seriously do not want to contribute to paying the paychecks of these...well, I'll let you dear review readers enter any old name you wish to call them. They already wasted enough of my time.
