She was unneccesarily harse. She made no attempts to make me more comfortable. I know the movement was from my breathing. They wrote on the report that she kept reminding me not to move. Also that the images were less than desired due to my claustrophobia. I was not claustrophobic, or nervous at the start...........I recently had a cardiac MRI, at St Luke's in a closed MRI, & it was a much much better experience. The technician took the time to make me feel better. I asked her about the breathing & movement. She said she would let me know when to take a deep breathe, hold it, & then release it. It was a a series of these & she got perfect pictures. Shame on the technician at Allentown Dx Imaging! Also, the report was limited, & I feel did not detect as accurate result.

She actually listened to me and started our first session asking alot of questions about me and hearing me out on the issues that concerned me most. I decided to try acupuncture for chronic insomnia that I have experienced for most of my life in addition to carpal tunnel syndrome pain despite having two surgeries. Her advice and treatments saved me from taking prescription sleep pills and injections for pain which is the only thing doctors would ever recommend despite my fears of their potential side effects. I wanted to solve the problems, not cover them up with a temporary fix. Krista's methodologies include holistic therapy, nutrition, and supplements with acupunture to deliver real results. Her treatments and recommendations have been real game changers in dealing with my issues. She was able to identify triggers that contributed to my insomnia that I didn't even realize were part of the problem. She has incredible accuracy in finding the origin of painful areas and uses several different techniques to treat the areas. I ask for help..... "we don't do that, you need to call your insurance company" You also sign a form that basically says if they bill wrong you pay. Unfortunately I need to visit the doctor 2 or 3 times per year and this is important to me.
