After research this was the definite best choice. I went to the Livonia location to have my work done. I called and the staff are helpful and friendly with making my appointment. On arriving the nurse was kind and friendly. It was uour typical docyors office. The Dr was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process, showed me the device and gave me over all tips. It was an in and out same day procedure that took about 10 mins and requires 3 visits. There is discomfort but not extreme. Overall it is better than the typical surgery.

I attended my mother's appointment with her via phone, because I'm out of town, however, Charles spoke and addressed me as if I were in the room with them. After her procedure with Dr. Gupta he even personally called to let us know how things went. Both Dr. Gupta and Charles are very personable and thoroughly explain and answered questions. She and I, love them both. Good to know there are still some good doctors out there.

No explanation of what that means or how to prevent in the future, had to find all that out myself. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else on the planet. MY wife went in…read morefor a Nuclear Cardio scan where they found a blockage in one of her arteries and put a Stent is as part of the procedure. Procedure went very well where the communication between me and the staff was outstanding before, during and after the procedure and the staff and doctors were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and above all COMPETENT! Excellent follow up as well once we got home which was greatly appreciated. If anything of a serious note happened to us we always head to the UM hospital network in Ann Arbor as this is the best health care in Michigan for my money. GO BLUE!

The parking at U of M is less than to be desired. Especially with all the construction. It does take a while to get the initial appointment. I think I waited about three months. We will be going over different treatment options. If you have sleep apnea or other sleeping problems and need to have care for the problems, I would highly recommend the staff here.

AVOID My experience with her is very negative. In my office…read morevisits with her, she was strangely confrontational, smug and was not listening well. I have a history of Gastrointestinal issues with records (which I provided for her). I had a procedure done with her and have had no follow-up from her. I've left messages and was told the doctor is "too busy" with procedures all day to call patients who have questions. The office staff could not answer these questions and I was told only the doctor could...so if she won't call patients and the staff can't help you...I guess you find a new doctor. I recommend avoiding her unless you want to be treated like just a number.
