They were professional, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would. The office staff were also very polite and accommodating. They came right to my home and provided a quote on the spot. Once scheduled they were on time and got right to work. The entire crew were professional and respectful. I live on a private road so they had to off load their equipment on the main road which they appropriately placed cones up for oncoming traffic. For a paving company their equipment was very clean! Long story short they are claiming its mother nature and a drainage issue. There was clear water issues when they took the job which we were verbally reassured by Luke that if it was his own home he would not put drainage in. He would use limestone to direct the water issue. I signed a very undetailed contract. Please please please know they are only in anything for the money.
