The entire interaction felt disorganized--he never gave us a clear breakdown of the project, communication was poor, and eventually he simply stopped responding. We gave the company another chance and contacted the owner, who sent Alberto. Alberto seemed much more professional, provided a written breakdown, and we were finally ready to move forward. Our financing was approved and we were literally ready to start the project. Then, once again--calls and text messages were ignored, promises to call back went nowhere, and we were left chasing them just to give them our business. At this point, our backyard could probably have been completed by another contractor in the amount of time we've wasted trying to get this company to simply communicate. If this is how they treat customers BEFORE taking their money, I can only imagine what communication would be like once a project actually starts. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and constant follow-ups. Based on our experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend this company.
