How can nurses not follow Dr's orders and get away with it? This has been the worst experience of my life. Something needs to be done about this place. Please don't send your loved ones here!

From the admissions process to her daily therapy sessions, we both felt supported and cared for every step of the way. I felt that the facility could benefit from some improvement in terms of cleanliness(painting). While the staff did their best to maintain a tidy environment, there were times when the common areas and patients rooms could have been cleaner. I understand that this is an area for growth, and I hope that the facility will prioritize cleanliness in the future. If you're seeking rehabilitation services for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend the Nashville Center for Rehabilitation. The staff came to the room, told patient to stand up and use the walker and position herself on the recliner. From the beginning, the level of care has been exceptional. Every representative I've spoken to has treated me with the absolute best care from the ER to billing and every department in between. The consistency of professionalism and compassion across the board has truly stood out. During my stay in the Round Wing over the Christmas holiday on the 6th floor, my main nurses were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, compassionate, and went above and beyond during a very difficult time. Even when I had a small issue, it was handled quickly and professionally the supervisor had it addressed by the next morning without hesitation. That level of responsiveness and patient-centered care made a lasting impression. Every department I've interacted with has been organized, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things right. I brought the issues to attention of management and they fixed in hours not days. The case manage Kara was nothing but a condescending useless person. We appealed my dads discharge when it was approved by his insurance with no care what so ever from this facility. We did not have the ability to care for him at his home and was trying to move to a better place and they would not agree to wait 3 days. They pretend to have an independent company review his case and make an impartial decision on our appeal. All they do is review the medial director records and won't even speak to the family or the patient. It's all a scam and they don't give a fuck about their patients. The worst part is they insinuate that you don't care about your family when all you are trying to do is keep them safe. RUN!!!!!!!
