Hello I have engaged…read moremighty dog roofing company on many occasions. The largest job they have done for me cost me $46k, the second largest $42,000/- then another for $12k and another for around $7k. The first job was for $42k finished about 3 years ago and the latest was $12k finished kess than 2 months ago. The last 3 jobs including the one I paid $46k for are leaking water after every rain event. I have called everyone I can at mighty dog and I keep hearing we are going out there today but nothing has happened for the last month. This is how mighty dog is treating a customer who has not only given them over $100k worth of business but has also been advertising and recommending them to their network for the last 3 years. I think I deserve better than that from them.

We used AHR Roofing to do a completely new TPO roof replacement for a standalone building for our…read morebusiness. The owner, Alex, was very responsive at first. When the roof was completed, I did a walk through of the TPO material and asked why some major parts felt loose and was told him and his team that the adhesive would adhere later. It just needed some time. It never did. We also used the team he had subcontracted the work to, to install a new gutter. The nightmare really started a few months after the work had been completed. Heavy rain came and we noticed leaks in several spots inside our building above the breaker box and our kitchen hood vent and some spots closer to the front. Turns out his crew, which he subcontracted the work to, had not properly sealed some areas above our breaker box and didn't reattach the screws to our hood vent fan covers on the roof so they had their lids blown off from wind. Even the base of our units on the roof were missing ALL screws to keep them attached. Stay away from this company. Their work is on our business was incredibly bad, which caused further leaks after the fact and now they will not show up for the promised 20 year warranty. Our TPO roof has gaps many areas and it is bubbling everywhere. We have made multiple requests other the months to the owner, Alex Herrera, but he always finds an excuse to say our gutter caused the issues from his shoddy work. We have had several independent contractors review the TPO roof AHR Roofing installed and they all said the it is bad workmanship which is causing our continued leaks and has nothing to do with our gutter. We have multiple text messages to show how Alex is avoiding to fix his roof work under warranty by trying to blame it on a gutter we installed by it using another company.

Firstly - Tamara is amazing! She worked with me from the original inspection, to meeting with the insurance adjuster to monitoring the work and inspecting the final job. Her communication was thorough and timely and really helped with the process since we were out of town for some weeks between the storm and start of the replacement. The crew replaced my roof on the hottest day of the year (I felt so sorry for those guys) and did a great job, including a really thorough clean up afterward. The insurance check came through quickly and I was able to pay them today. They did the inspection for free and never asked for any upfront funds throughout the process. Having some slight (and very old) experience with roofing, it was a well done and timely job from start to finish, despite Mother Nature's best efforts to slow it down with torrential rains for the last week! Jay did an inspection of our patio roof and also did additional assessment on the rest of our roof while up there. He provided a lot information about the possible issues we may be having with the patio roof. Also provided additional recommendations for the rest of our roof as it's almost due for some future maintenance. We also was looking to be proactive during the off season so ensure our roof doesnt sustain any major damage. We received a quote within 24 hours and agreed to the repairs. When we reported it, instead of taking responsibility, Brinkmann tried to charge my parents $2000.00 to repair the damage they caused. (Later repaired for $500.00 in less than 2 hours) This raises serious concerns about their workmanship and integrity.
