We went to get a refund for the agency fee we paid this company and got four weeks of runaround. We were told that the original agent we worked with, Julia, was in and out and that we had to call on Saturdays only. We called on three consecutive Saturdays and left messages and a man kept telling us to call back in the afternoon, the next week, etc. etc. We got the runaround for four weeks and he finally said that Julia is retired from the company. It was one story after the next....lies upon lies, stories upon stories. We still have not received our fee back and are going to use other means to seek a refund which we are rightfully owed.
