I arrived 10 minutes early to a very pleasant staff and was taken back at 10:45, acceptable. An assistant came in, took vitals and left. At 11:07 I had still not seen the doctor, so I left. I had been looking forward to the appointment because he came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I work and can not afford to take a half day for a doctors visit. (45 minutes there, 45 back and an hour at the office) The staff seemed nice, they gave me back my office visit fee and offered to reschedule, but I am not going to wait another 7 weeks and they could not guarantee it would not be a repeat performance. They would not refund the labs nor offer to provide them, currently disputing charges. Sent a message to the doctor via the portal, crickets. He not only addresses what is bothering you, somehow he is able to pickup on things I didn't even notice were wrong with myself. His bedside manner is wonderful I believe he is a doctor that cares about his patients more than they may care about themselves. That is why I sent my "doctor adverse"husband to him. He has been in practice long enough to have great contacts for specialty work. His office staff is always nice. They answer the phone. The nurse really does return calls. I just hope Dr. M Glodener loves his job so much that he doesn't retire anytime in the next decade or two. Not a lot of doctors are going into general practice these days. He knows my long and complicated medical history. I consider him to be amongst the things I have been blessed with. I hope he knows how much he means to his patients.

Don't believe they are accepting new patients…read more As I'm new to the area, I called to make an initial appointment. Phone rang and rang when finally a voice mail picked up. I left a message explaining my situation and asked for a call back. Two hours later, I called back and finally got to speak to someone. When I said I left a message but have not received a call back and was wondering if the office was open since it was a Friday afternoon. She responded that the office is open but they have been very busy. (As one who deals with the public on a daily basis, I don't care that you're busy. We all are. It is not a reason and a very poor excuse at that. Just apologize and ask what can I do for you?). When making an appointment she said for new patients the first appointment would be about 3 to 4 weeks. I said that was fine. She proceeded to take my information and when I said I'd like something first thing in the morning since I would not be able to eat for the blood test. She said that if I wanted a physical, an appointment would not be available for two or three months! I have not had to have a new doctor in 20 years and I always assumed the first appointment was a physical. Am I wrong? What is the purpose of a "first" appointment WITHOUT it being a physical??? Are we just going to talk over coffee and get to know each other? Then maybe decide if this is a relationship worth pursuing?? All the while billing my insurance, (for what I ask)?? WTH? I'm sure the doctor is very good. Unfortunately, I'll never know.
