While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Good luck if you decide to put your health in these people's hands.

After some of my own research, I then called my previous doctor from Denver and asked him what he thought. He called back the next day and told me he got nothing by raves about her. I called Dr Pearson and the rest is history! I would not go to anyone else ever! She is the most caring, thorough, friendly person. Not only does she listen to ME, but she goes a step further to make sure she understands what I am trying to tell her. Dr Pearson never rushes, but takes her time to be completely sure that "I" understand what she is saying to me. Definitely a collaborative atmosphere! The office has the MOST pleasant, responsive and friendly staff. They are truly all the greatest!

What should've been a simple high blood pressure workup turned into 3+…read morevisits, a one-letter name misspelling that caused Quest Diagnostics to lose my lab order three separate times, and a maze of confusing insurance/cash-pay billing.Before one procedure, the office manager promised to call my insurance to check on full coverage and get back to me. He never called. I had to chase him down hours before my appointment, only to be told I'd already signed the paperwork and would owe a no-show fee if I skipped it -- even though he never gave me the price he'd promised. When I pushed back, he raised his voice at me. I caved and took the cash-pay discount just to be done with it.I paid that in full. Weeks later, a surprise $550 bill showed up that no one warned me about. I was so done dealing with this office I just paid it rather than fight it again.The test itself came back completely normal, and no one from the practice ever called to explain the results or discuss next steps -- I had to look them up myself. This office runs on volume and confusion, not communication. Strongly recommend against.
