Frank came out and adjusted the door, ground out the catch so the door would latch properly, welded a safety lock that we had previously just screwed on and spray painted all of the finished work for a nice, polished look. He was friendly, responsive to texts, and didn't make me feel bad that it was a small job. Several other companies never even sent bids after coming out to look at the gate or quoted me entirely new gates. Frank was great and now my gate works better than it has in the entire time we've lived in this house.

The cost of the service and recommended solution was very reasonable and the technician promised to make a priority visit should the issue come up again in order to better diagnose the problem. However, after speaking with him and tracing back the timing of the issue, we are pretty certain he nailed the diagnosis. Moreover, the office staff was quick to answer our calls and provide information, schedule appointment, etc. We have been looking for a more reliable long term option for our HVAC service and feel we found one it today!

My side gate was a little wonky because my gardners like to step on the gate handle and jump over, rather than use the key. Yelp recommended a few companies I would have never known to call. Jerry's welding company out of Porterville was one of them, and I am super pleased to have been matched with him. I reached out and Jerry was very responsive. He gave me a few ideas and could have even fabricated a whole new gate. I decided to just work with what I had and his ideas were just what I needed. He even had ideas I had not thought of, such as adding a key pad on the gate that would allow for a code, so it will be easier for my gardners to access the backyard without a key. Jerry was upfront regarding pricing, which allowed me to stay within my project budget. His ideas were a great fix to my problem, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Owning a home means endless projects. I am happy to know some of my future projects will be well handled by Jerry. I'm located in Bakersfield but that did not deter Jerry from taking care of this project in good time and effort.
