The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Giselle responded fast…read more Initially, they looked at the photos through text and told me it was a broken spring but I was like no it's not. They then corrected. So take this what you will. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete. Most didn't respond but Giselle called me after she got home and matched and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Mad props. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man. Took a look at our issue and didn't try to change things up right away (I was worried about this), no surcharges or anything. Very satisfied with their service. Would recommend. There are obviously a few things they could improve (look at the beginning) but they killed the execution so mad props.
