We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Absolutely amazing work. I called another company to fix my gate And the repair man was unable to fix it he told me I would have to pay $1300 for a brand new automatic gate opener. Then I called Dimark And without hesitation, they were there within the hour. This was great since I had taken the day off from work for this, and I was afraid I was going to have to take another day. He fixed the hinge attached to my automatic gate opener, as well as completely unstuck a chain that was tangled inside the machine. Marlon of Dimark came to look at my nonfunctioning garage door 2 days ago and determined that it needed a new sprocket in the drive mechanism. What can I say? I really should have written a lot earlier. Dimark replaced my garage door, maybe 2 years ago. They came around the next day and at the appointed time. Work was done quickly and price was reasonable. There had been a few hiccups on the door/motor, but each time it was fixed timely and was told that the work was "under warranty". My Garage Door is HUGE. It's residential but it is about 18feet wide, insulated, and hurricane proof. When the springs break, and this happens about every 5 years, you cant open it even with 4 people. I typically use a garage door person but he was not available, luckily. I went to a local neighborhood chat app an Dimark Garage Doors came up with two reviews. I called them. Keeping in mind that typically, my previous garage door person takes about 3 days to come, go find these "industrial" garage door springs and install them. When Dimark picked up the phone, they told me they could have someone there within 2 hours. Wow, impressed. As soon as I hung up I got a text stating where the service person was and their ETA. Double Wow. Then the next call was to ask if they could be there in 15 minutes! Triple Wow. To make a long story short, what used to take 3 days was completely done in 2 hours. That included the guys from Dimark going out in the pouring rain to get the commercial springs. Bring them back, install them, put new cables that I requested, adjust the door, lubricate all the moving parts! I am beyond impressed at how professional these guys are. I even got an automated text message while they were out getting my industrial springs and a series of e-mails as well. Overall, great customer service. Very professional.
