Very disappointing experience. Dr. Rolando, was condescending and dismissive when questions were asked by patient and advocate. The patient and patients advocate were simply seeking clarification and instead felt talked down to rather than supported. When asked to further explain, the doctor appeared frustrated, raising his voice, snapped at the patient, and handled in an unprofessional matter, telling the patient, " I do not believe you'. Patients deserve respectful communication, patience, and emotional composure, from their health care providers, and unfortunately that was not the experience for patient nor advocate. . I can only imagine what goes on when patients go to their appointments independently without support from an advocate. Please do better. Trauma Informed Care goes a long way. Trainings are defiitely needed. read more

I visited this Clinic for Feb 11, 2026, Upon arriving I was handed a cup for a urine analysis. I did it and gave it back to the reception. I was called in to an office where I was handed another cup. We another one. I did it. I received a bill from a Lab for 600.00!!!! I called ahead before this appointment to inquire about cost. 300.00 I was told, so okay, I went. No one is getting back to me. I tell you don't trust REZA AT ALL! don't go there if u are going to see him! I was forced too see him after my old pain management was closed. He would tell me I am too young to be in pain it's not the bad and after crying and begging for my meds back too where they were he discharged me because they didn't have the resources for my mental health issues! Mind u I see a therapist and I go to my primary Dr regularly! I have texts from the supervisor telling her how uncomfortable I was with him. But nope I was still forced too see him. On October 28th, 2025 @ 3:45pm I experienced medical trauma from Peter Maanao a physicians assistant.... During what should of been a normal appointment I was segregated from other patients and seen immediately as I walked in the door (after 3 years being treated there, that never happens) I felt uncomfortable to begin and his medical assistant had also warned me that (he's very hard on patients) I understand now why she said that ( she was being very kind, and I believe was looking out for me) during the visit I felt very degraded and as a Lupus Advocate I had to defend myself and explained that the broad reduction in pain meds they had implemented on every patient in the entire practice regardless of their medical conditions (I spoke to several patients after the reduction) and for me personally that meant 6 days of no relief or help and the continuing problems filling my medications was unbearable... When I spoke up respectfully he got very aggressive, stood up and started physically intimating me by first standing as he raised his voice and began walking around his desk towards me as I was backing out of the treatment room (we were alone) I ran out of the room and out of the practice in tears....... my husband was in the car and couldn't believe it and stated this is not happening to anyone else.... Since this incident we have found that the physicians assistant Peter Maanoa has 2 criminal counts of medical misconduct in Nevada and the administrators license has been in Medical Probation for the last 6 months....... And after informing Dr. Hadaddan and staff we have heard nothing to rectify this except sending inaccurate medical information detrimental to my medical profile and for someone battling an incurable disease that can mean an earlier death sentence.....Which is why I'm sharing this review.... hopefully no one else will ever experience this.... Went to Dr. Haddadan at Advanced Pain Diagnostic hoping to get some relief and direction. While he seemed to know his stuff, the appointments felt rushed. Communication from the office was poor, hard to get ahold of anyone, and I had to chase them down just to confirm my own follow ups. Pain management is stressful enough without dealing with all that. I highly recommend Dr. Raza he is a wonderful pain management advocate. He is compassionate, kind and a great listener. I always feel welcomed and he never rushes me. Normally I have good luck with APDS seeing Orlando but Advanced Pain Diagnostics Solutions changed who I was seeing at today's morning appointment without even notifying me. So I got a new Dr. JAFARI REZA and this visit was a disaster. This Dr tried to push injections on me for my back and neck even after I told him I have had no pain relief from infections in the past.He came off very rude and pushy like a used car salesman trying to make a sale for kickbacks. He literally told me It didnt matter that injections dont help my pain in the past that I should get injections done anyways. He also saw I had got off a cymbalta medication that was a in a huge dose requiring two different pills it was so large for my nurve pain. He asked why I stopped taking that medication and I explained I had terrible side effects and night terrors so I weened myself off of it 6 months prior. He said he felt with all my neck and back damage/pain that I should start taking it again even though I had side effects and felt I was better off without it. I explained I didn't like putting so many medications in my system and after over 10 years of pain management with A.P.S.D. I got down to three medications that work great for me and don't want to change or add anything especially after just having a back surgery a few months ago. He then decided to cut my pain medication quantity down by 25% I feel as punishment for him not being able to up sell me on other injections and medications I did not want. He didn't care when I explained I didn't want to change anything in my prescribed prescriptions that I normally see another Dr. For. The only reason I was seeing him was the office changed my appointment because my normal Dr was out this day. He also had loud Afghanistan Techno music playing on his cell phone on his desk during the entire visit wich on its own was Very unprofessional. I will never use this guy again!!! I tried to talk to a manager and got sent to a voicmail with no call back as of yet. Im tempted to find a new pain management company as they can't seem to keep good Dr's here and are constantly getting new people here that don't last long. BEWARE!!! read more

In the last few years, I have had very good luck with the facility on 650 Howe Ave. Today Aug 1, 2025, my wife was scheduled at 1400 hours she was in a line of 15 people checking in. The two people checking people in was 1 fulltime employee training a newbie. My wife does not get into the exam room until 1430 hours to find out her provider only works until 1415 hours on Friday and snuck out the back door at 1416 hours. She was then sent to another provider who was rude and dismissive stated she needed less medication. This "genius" decided 1 minute looking at an MRI was enough to adjust her medication. I would like to say that Dr Hadodan is kind and compassionate. The biggest problem that I have is that you can only get one appointment a month so you have to carry your pain over to the next month to get simple things like injections. But on another note I don't know if Reza is a doctor or a practitioner but I literally left that office one day in tears. After I asked him to increase medicine for me because of chronic pain. I was on a very low dose and it didn't work. Him and his scribe mocked me when I asked him to adjust my pain meds. I don't know if it was the pain that hurt worse or his gas lighting and his mocking that hurt worse. But his bedside manner sucks. And if it was up to me I would recommend that he be sent somewhere else to work. When people are in a lot of pain the last thing they want to do is to be made light of. I thought they taught people to treat people better in medical school but maybe not. read more

Normally I have excellent care from this facility. The few times I've needed a replacement it I've gotten it to my Pharmacy within a couple hours. There is a backorder now for one of my medications and when I called this facility to get a replacement they told me unequivocally but I couldn't have one. I have had a problem with this particular employee before. He tried to Gaslight me twice. Anyway, I did his best I could but then yesterday, after almost 2 weeks of having incomplete coverage with my pain management, I called them back and asked if there'd been a change, because everyone was back ordered so I thought they must be getting many requests for a replacement. And guess what!? And pretty much indicated they're always had been one so I followed their instructions and I got back to them and they said they would send the request to my provider immediately. And they did. And I waited. And I called and asked again and they sent another request. And I waited. After hours I talked to service and they also sent a request and flag it as an emergency. That was yesterday. Now it's been over 24 hours. They've sent three more requests and I've also messaged the owner through facebook. So far, nothing. This guy is withholding meds for no reason. His name is Mohammadreza Jafaarishourijeh. I'm pretty sure I spelled that right but if not I'm sure you can find him anyway. If you get an appointment with him, be very careful. Make sure you completely understand everything and that it is put into your patient chart. A facility that was once five stars for me is rapidly losing my respect. Everyone else at this facility has been a plus always. I have been treated gently and with great respect for the last 10 years. Until I started seeing this guy. read more

I waited 2 months for an appointment for my chronic spine pain. I have complex regional pain syndrome. I have previously had epidurals and radiofrequency ablation that worked fabulously but wanted to change doctors. The doctor I met with told me that he's not allowed to do either of those for my pain because my MRIs don't "show" any injuries. He said that insurance absolutely wouldn't cover them, even when I have gotten them covered previously before. I have visited 2 of Dr.Haddadans facilities recognized as Advanced Pain and Diagnostic Solutions or, APDSS. Initially the office located at 650 Howe avenue did have personell who were concerned with the well-being of those of us who are disabled and in need of care. However and unfortunately when these personell left employment with this office, the quality of care became non-existent, they just do not care! Communication with anyone at the 650 Howe Ave facility is non-existent, they just do not care! and that is not what we need in this stage of disability which we do suffer. Personally I will never return to this facility, I will never go back, no way not ever. The quality of care from no one, having no doctor or anyone who cares at all with regard to your welfare is what I have experienced on too many occasions. So, I will seek my medical care elsewhere. Until today , I have been very happy with Dr Haddadan's office. After I go sit in the office today, to see if they can squeeze me in, I may have more to say. I had a surgical procedure on 12/18 & had my monthly schedule appt set for 12/28 which I was forced to cancel because the DR needed ,wants 11 days between time. My monthly Rxs are filled on the 30th. On 12/21 @ 3:21pm I receive a phone call from Office Mgr Tamisha, telling me I had 24hrs to report to the office for a random test. I'm at work, have a commute, explained I HAD AN APPT ANDCWOULD HAVE BEEN THERE, BUT THEY FORC3D ME TO CANCEL. Now its demanded I be there and am THREATENED with being CANCELLED from the program! WHAT??? THIS IS MY FAULT, and they can't get me in till January 19th??? Needless to say, I had already missed work on Monday, have no sick or PTO because I'm new, and they think I can just drop everything & go in.I tried to call Office MGR Tamisha, have you ever ckd the office, sat in the phone cue for an hr, only to have your call DROPPED??? So I reach someone,who tries to call her. But she doesn't answer. Long story short, they are REFUSING TO HELP ME, said I have to keep calling for a cancellation. Do not use this facility. I have been waiting since the 5th of Oct. for a refill to be correctly submitted to my pharmacy. I called 3 times on the 11th and the pharmacy also faxed 2 times on the 11th to get it corrected. Now it's the 16th, and still no corrected paperwork submitted. The staff at Pain Management were rude and uncaring today. I hate relying on pain pills but with ostio arthritis, fractures healing, and getting old, I have no choice if I want to remain mobile. My husband and I know some people that are patients at Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions. They had been encouraging my husband to make an appt. for his chronic pain issues. We discussed it w/ my husband's Sutter PCP. She sent the referral off to them. We waited and waited and never heard anything from them. His PCP sent the referral out again and after almost 2 months, they just responded to his Sutter PCP by stating (and I quote), "While we are accepting new patients we are declining this referral"-- What the heck ? Huh?? We have excellent Blue Cross PPO insurance but also would be willing to pay cash out of pocket. Why would he just be denied? We have no idea !! He could really benefit from their services. So far for me I have not had really one good experience here. 3 of 4 doctors here have literally acted like I have no pain, I've tried really to give multiple times this place a chance and I'm ready to find a better pain management doctor/clinic. Why am I any less deserving of help to truly manage my pain because of 1 issue than someone who might have 5 different reasons for their pain or because I'm young? I've tried complaining about one doctor, and now his notes are influencing my care from their other providers where I'm being looked down upon for asking for help from my pain and being told that my MRIS look fine but literally a quick internet search literally shows that people with bulged discs even if stable, can have severe pain, while someone else with a bulged disc can literally have 0 pain and everyone is different, I also have Degenerative disc disease and that alone proves people can have pain. Also I thought when a certain medication isn't helping you're supposed to be able to work with the the provider to figure out what works but nope not here, you can tell them it doesn't help and they're still like okay well we still won't help you. Also the same doctor that first literally dismissed my pain that I told them to never book me with and who's notes are now making it so none of the other providers will listen to me? Well they book me for an injection with him after telling me another doctor would do it despite an alert being on my account to not book me with him. Super disappointed. read more

I just got off the phone with the receptionist, I explained to her I got a text message confirming my appointment. I told her the card that I received from the appointment that I was last month was June 5 at 9:00 with Tim. The text message I received is at 1 o'clock with this person named Todd who I never heard before the reception really didn't care I've been coming to you guys for since 2016-present and it really bothers me that this keeps happening. This isn't the first time and I'm sure it's not gonna be the last time. This has happened to me three times already and I explained to the receptionist and it's like she didn't care. It made me upset and frustrated. I really felt DISCRIMINATED AGAINST not filling out a bunch of ill-fitting sheets in time and written in my second language. My review is not about the Doctor, but how I was treated by the frontdesk. I had another doctor to go, but after seeing his reputation at the last minute I canceled and decided to go to Advanced Pain Diagnostic. I arrived there at the required time (1 hour before), to fill the papers. There are many questions and we have to keep turning the pages all the time because they are printed on the front and back for them to save sheets. This takes a long time and no one offers you help even if they know English is my second language. So this girl from the front desk came and without asking any questions she told me she was going to reschedule my appointment. What??? I'm already here at the clinic and there are still 15 minutes to go to my appointment and I only have 2 pages to finish. And at the front desk I said that I missed 1 day of work to come here and that I can't miss work again. The girls ignored what I said and replied that they had time available for April. And again I said that I couldn't, I was already there and that if they didn't see me at that moment I would look for another clinic because I already wasted my time and my work day to be there. And the answer I got was: I'm sorry but we are not going to meet doctor today. Have a great day! What's this??? Nobody knows what happens behind the senario. This car crashed behind my car on freway 101 and that's why I need to go to the doctor. It was 1 year ago that I lost my job in the limo company because of the Corona Virus. I've been with APDSS dor over 3 years. There are no words to describe how caring each and every staff member and Dr. are. We work together to find the best solutions. I recently decided to try for the trial spinal cord stimulator to see what the results might be. I was amazed in six days I've got 70% pain relief! I just had the spinal cord stimulator implanted permanently and my back on August 27th 2019 I never o. This has been the best thing that has ever happened and I would recommend anyone who is not able to find a solution without having to take a unwanted amount of pain medicine for relief take care of this a trial.
