Terrible place, they cancel appointments the day u are to be seen, then I made another appointment to find out they booked me with a PA. They charged me $50 for a urine test and $60. After 3 more vists at $60 a copay plus $50 for urine tests, they offered shots. I am all for shots, sometimes they help and very grateful for them, but I have been on pain meds since 1993 because a tractor trailer hit me. This PA Steven from New Port Richey puts himself higher than a doctor. They only try to get you in as many times as possible and charge you for urine tests. Run from this place and see a Doctor! Dr. Raheem...Athough I get that conversation is not his strong suit, but the lack of urgency he displays when it comes to patients time is ridiculous. I had a 11 a.m. appointment like always I knew there would he a little wait but going on 3 hours and not being seen is flat out disrespectful. The staff are friendly but little they can do. this is one of the worst drs offices i've been to. the staff is terrible, the wait times are over 1 1/2 hrs after your scheduled visit. i've had a nurse lie right to my face in front of dr. they. are all nasty ! do your self a big favor and stay away. he , they do not care about you, only your money !!!! read more

I went to see this doctor last week and it was the BEST doctors visit! I have been to many doctors, in many specialties and because I have moved many times I have been to a number of pain management doctors (PMD). When I moved back to Florida I was forced to see another PMD as this doctor, who was my first choice, couldn't see me until after my medication ran out. After begging my previous PMD to talk with me about other possible treatments available, getting told the medication works so why try something else, I gave up. I made an appointment to see Dr. Reheem and waited the 8 weeks. It was worth every minute of the wait! The staff was very nice right from my first call. They sent me the new patient package and I had everything ready for the first visit. The first visit was excellent! Dr Reheem's assistant spent at least 45 minutes with me taking down everything in my history of my back and neck pain along with migraines. Wow, first time ever that someone took such detailed information while being friendly and helpful. I am at an advantage because I already have ideas of some treatments I want to try because my ultimate goal is to eliminate or at least significantly reduce pain medications! The doctor reviewed my history and we talked about different options available and possibly outcomes. I found the doctor to be friendly, understanding and extremely helpful! Wow, this is the first time I feel as if I can actually try some different options and possibly eliminate medications! For days after my visit I was still amazed at how much I enjoyed my doctors appointment! If Dr. Reheem told me to stand on my head in the corner to eliminate back pain I would try it because this doctor really knows exactly what he is doing! The doctor drug tests everyone. Here is another plus...my medical insurance only allows all my blood and urine tests to be through Quest. The doctors assistant already knew this and she had the Quest papers filled out with instructions I must provide a urine test within 24 hours. Needless to say bright and early the next day I was at Quest providing the sample! Many other doctors don't consider your insurance when ordering testing. Another huge plus for Dr. Reheem and staff. Sadly, as in every practice you, will see some patients what don't want to follow the rules and I am betting some of the negative reviews are from those who don't want to follow the rules. Every staff member apologized for the wait and after when I learned all the doctor does I can understand why there was a wait. Other PMDs make you wait hours with zero apologies or explanations. Learning some of his staff have been with him for 20 years is a huge plus! I can't wait until after the holidays when I want to try some other methods of pain management. I wouldn't even give this business a one rating. Dr. Courtney is rude and thinks every one of his patients is a pill popper. Every time you go to see him you have to bring in your prescription and they count your pills. Also, if you don't pay in cash they charge you an extra three dollars because you used your charge card. They also charge you another $23 if you don't call in your prescription five business days ahead of time and you also must remember that they are closed on Fridays so that does not count as a Business day. They are closed between January 17 and December 3. So, that means that you cannot get any prescriptions renewed between that period of time, no exceptions. They are closed more than they are open. Dr. Courtney went as far as trying to get me to take ivermectin and called it into Publix Pharmacy. I refused it at the pharmacy and told them to return it to stock. Dr. Courtney has a Napoleon complex and is rude and condescending to his patients. He probably stands at 5 feet tall and doesn't like people. He was forced to call in prescriptions because of the rule changes in Florida and he's not happy about that because he doesn't have control of the paper prescription any longer. So now they are forced to call in your prescriptions but then you have to call the pharmacy to actually ask them to put through the prescription. Their office is in disarray and a nightmare. If you want to be talked down to this is your place. He has a double standard when it comes to mask mandates. In the waiting room you must wear a mask and when you see the medical assistant you must wear a mask but when you go to see him in his office he doesn't wear a mask! I guess he thinks he superior to everyone else. He is just like Joe Biden. If it wasn't for double standards he would not have any standards at all. When I questioned his ethics, he told me I was no longer his patient. I wasn't planning on staying as his patient anyway as his system infuriated me. Good luck. read more
