I didn't even get an adjustment because he wouldn't adjust me without an X-ray, he said something about not having an X-ray machine, and he was wanting to send me to another place for X-ray where I would have had to pay for the X-ray out of pocket. whoever heard of a chiropractic office without an X-ray machine? I also felt I was misled about having a chiropractor that was a Palmer grad in order order to get me into the office. So I went even more months without care. When I first called this office to see about getting an appointment, the gal at the front desk didn't ask "how can I help you?" Instead she cheerfully stated "Hi! I can help you!" I immediately knew this was is where I was supposed to be! I gladly drive 18 miles from my home to get care from Dr. Tony. The staff always has positive attitudes, and I get quality care to help my damaged neck, back, shoulders and nerves out of pain. I'm aware that in my particular situation, my muscularskeletal health can never be 100%. In fact I don't think it ever was from birth, but Dr. Tony has faith that he can improve my musculoskeletal situation to the best that it is able to be improved. He gives me simple, but important exercises to do at home to strengthen specific muscles to go hand in hand, (or should I say neck and back) to keep the adjustments from slipping out of alignment immediately.
