I absolutely love Derby Family Medical Center. I found this location when I first moved to Kansas…read morein 2023. Staff is absolutely great, clean and nice environment, and you're in and out in no time. They truly care and treat you with such respect and care. They also have an urgent care that I just recently found out about as well, which I personally find as a perk for this medical center. I also like to do a shout out to one of the best doctors there Koleen Guete. She is absolutely amazing! So professional, compassionate, and makes sure you are okay. I've never had a doctor that does so much to help you and make sure you're healthy, and make sure medical diagnosis is accurate. She truly cares. Edit: I also want to add this because I saw a person post that stated Koleen discriminates. I can tell you she does not! I'm a gay man myself and have never experienced anything to make me think that. She even offered to do prescription for my prep that I get through Mister, but declined cause I already have a prescription going with Mistr.com

They have a great reception staff that welcomes you and remembers your name right away. They give you all your payment information upfront for your treatment time. They are very helpful with scheduling. They even offer water, coffee, and a cookie at times while you have ice/tens treatment. The physical therapy team is outstanding! They listen to you and care about your concerns. They also teach you ways to continue your therapy at home to help you heal. As someone that works in customer service. This team is hands down the best! Thank you for being amazing!!!
