My experience with everyone here has been fantastic! I have worked primarily with Adam as my therapist, and several others, mainly Kayla. They are knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, and concerned. They are sincerely interested in my progress and goals, and even though I try my best to keep a good attitude, some days can be rough during any recovery process. They really help me stay positive when I need it most. Melissa even calls to remind me of my appointments, which is also a nice service. Initially, I started therapy somewhere else in Derby, and I didn't find the same level of professionalism. I once dreaded going to therapy, but it ironically ended up being the best part of my knee replacement journey. Now, I'm even excited to start therapy on knee #2. Every day I work with a therapist at Novacare I'm one step closer to achieving my goals - they are literally helping me every step of the way.
