I would highly recommend them and have had great experiences. They use a team approach, so during my preganancy I saw a variety of different professionals and they don't guarantee who would do delivery. I saw many different providers and had good experiences with each. I had never met the doctor who did my delivery, but like my experience with each of the other doctors, I found her helpful, knowledgable and comforting as I experienced an adventure you can't understand until you go through it, even with childbirth classes. The staff was as accommodating as possible as I tried to plan the many appointments without having to miss much work. I appreciate the team here and would recommend it to any other ladies.

I couldn't get in to see that person until mid-October. I was able to get in to see Dr. Ali much sooner than that. They made my appointment a week later. (I saw him today.) I was worried about getting bunions on my feet. They took six different x-rays, three on each foot. Dr. Ali quelled my fears and he was very good about explaining how feet bend and grow. I don't have them yet. I'll (hopefully) be getting orthotics. Dr. Ali has a great bedside manner and is very helpful. He really cares about his patients. The rest of the staff is great too. They have very comfortable chairs in the waiting room and the paintings are great. I definitely recommend this facility.

I said I didn't know it and they refused to provide service which left her in tears, after three open-heart surgeries and a stroke it is very hard for her to understand. They asked us to leave, the last time this happened before the gorilla started working there the reception was kind enough to call the provider and obtain the needed information. The gorilla refused to do this. The first time they said if the insurance does pay I will have to pay $50.00 out of pocket of $50..00 which was the charge I said ok , yesterday the gorilla said it would cost me $80..00 this was three months later I will never return. Batavia Foot is all about money, I would go to a horse trimmer first.

Either way, as much as I enjoyed rehabbing my injured shoulder, physical therapy isn't something I want to visit any time soon. At least when I inevitably hurt myself again, I know exactly where to go. I'm a bit of a gym rat, and unfortunately for my joints, I'm also a bit of a compulsive over-exerciser. So when I hurt my shoulder as a direct result of too much yoga, I needed somewhere to get better. I got a referral to Ken's office and off I went. My rotator cuff had never felt worse and I just wanted to get back to my old habits (well, a less painful version anyway), so physical therapy it was. I rehabbed with Dr. Charles for about two months while I worked on my extension, the better to get back on the mat as soon as I could. I received the best care possible. On a given session, I would alternate between stretching-based exercises and weight bearing exercises. We worked from a plan designed to be effective and challenging to the point where I could lift heavier weights over my head without causing too much strain to my shoulder. But the best part was the ice at the end of the sessions. Wouldn't you love the ice the most during a broiling summer day? I sure did. Again, as much as I loved this place, I hope to never see it again. But in the (let's face it, likely) event that I endure yet another gym injury, I know exactly who to call.
