I couldn't get in to see that person until mid-October. I was able to get in to see Dr. Ali much sooner than that. They made my appointment a week later. (I saw him today.) I was worried about getting bunions on my feet. They took six different x-rays, three on each foot. Dr. Ali quelled my fears and he was very good about explaining how feet bend and grow. I don't have them yet. I'll (hopefully) be getting orthotics. Dr. Ali has a great bedside manner and is very helpful. He really cares about his patients. The rest of the staff is great too. They have very comfortable chairs in the waiting room and the paintings are great. I definitely recommend this facility.

At this point my beef is with Rochester regional and I believe this corporate organization will be destroying many medical practices in NYS. Communication in all aspects seems to be the most negative and it's getting into all aspects of this practice from trying to get in in a phone contact to what appears to be the proverbial minutes per patient and im not sure right now who dictates that part. It always used to be the insurance company but now it may be that and RRA. I love the doctors but something isn't right or as good as it used to be so I will be seeking second and third opinions and not just here but all of my medical care has just about hit rock bottom and it will take years off of my life.. I haven't had a good primary care experience in a couple of years and am hoping to become a patient at the VA but of course that's another time consuming issue and time is what I'm now running out-of...along with quality of life.. sorry folks but you're dropping the ball.. you tell me where the fault lies.. now let's talk about billing.. a serious joke and a financial abomination. I used to volunteer in the hip and knee joint replacement at unity for around 5 years about 10 years ago so I've seen this process from 2 sides.

Other patients who were not of color were getting called back left and right before me. I even heard one of the patients say "dang we got out of here before we were even supposed to check in". The only reason I did not complain in person was because I was afraid they would treat my visit carelessly and not give me proper care.

I submitted a complaint about Dr. Malomo, who we have seen for occasional sick visits, and her poor…read morebedside manner and as a result we were dismissed from the practice. Dr. Malomo has threatened to give my kid a shot as a "joke" in the past. She also said she doesn't agree with the PA's medical advice of giving my child cough meds -- maybe you should all be on the same page with medical advice if you work at the same office and see the same patients! Dr. Malomo called me and was upset after I submitted the complaint defending everything she said with zero apology. I've heard that she's a partial owner of the practice so I can see why they kick people out for one complaint about her. Seems unethical! Is it even legal to kick patients out for complaining? How does that show that they value their patient's voices? Utterly disgusting and pathetic. We have taken my child to this practice with Dr Beisheim as our primary since he was born and have been very happy with her. I am totally disappointed in this coming from them.

There is clear signs for the sick side and the well side, which is helpful to keep my newborn safe! Front desk staff is nice and pleasant. The nursing staff is friendly and always asking important questions. Dr. Wania herself has been great with my son so far and answering all of our new parent questions! Highly recommend!
