My mom's…read morefriend had helped her try to install a "DIY" barn door, but the project proved to be much more difficult than originally thought. Living far away from my mother, she sent me pictures and it appeared that all she really needed was the actual hanging of the door. Her friend did a lot of work installing the track, but the door was heavy unfortunately and his back gave out on him towards what he thought was the end stages of the project. I called King of Kings Service, and Israel said he could swing by and finish handing the door the next day. He quoted a very reasonable fee as well! Well, unbeknownst to us, Israel walked into a bigger mess than we had thought. The track wasn't hung correctly as thought, so he had to come back out and spent a great deal more time than expected. My mom is on a fixed income, but Israel worked with her on the final cost of the project, and my mom couldn't be more happy with Israel or the new barn door he installed for her closet! Tech shows up an hour early then says everything on our water heater is connected wrong including…read morethe gas line and that he would have to bring it up to code. Then says he would need to talk to his boss and leaves. Never calls back or shows back up. Mind you all I called for was to add a water supply line to our new refrigerator! Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.

Diego's motto is "we're not done until you're happy" & was very responsive to our "what about this/that". What we didn't clarify when he originally came out was the cactus. We thought that the quote for the cleanup included the way over-grown cactus, but alas, it didn't. Diego explained after he was done that the cleanup for the cactus was much more work.
