At that time we asked Erick to do a roof inspection because being the original 23 year old roof we had concerns about its condition. Erick told us we had serious issues with softness and rotting. Erick said that he has a team of roofers to do the roofing job which was a complete tear down and full replacement. They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. I was purchasing a…read morehome with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home.

The plants were 1-gallon plants at best, maybe 10 plants. His idea of two sections with some rock was just dumped rock with a few plants in it. You would be lucky to find the plants in all the dumped rock. I now have to find another landscaper to fix the BIG MESS. I will be very careful to interview landscapers to fix this. I would think twice about hiring this business.+
