Wheat was recommended. They responded immediately and helped walk me through a couple of tests. It was determined that the end of cycle buzzer was on mute which was why it didn't alarm. Wheat also helped me with a spin cycle on our washer that wasn't working. He determined that the spin cycle on one setting was turned off which was why it didn't work. So both appliances were fixed quickly and I was only charge a service call and NO MORE PARTS were needed. Great group to work with!

Above all that they also talked me through what to expect on the day they would be drilling and how I should talk to my neighbors to prepare them for the noise and water/sludge that would be flowing off my property. In the end the on-site crew was very friendly and did the work in the two days they said they would and made sure water was flowing in my house before they left. And believe it or not, the final price came in less than the estimate. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending them to anyone else who might need their services.
