I called them to come out to vacuum up the waste water overflow our septic tank. They were nice and explained the situation well. It turned out our pump was failing so I had them replace it. The staff answered my questions and educated me about all things related to the septic tank and system operation. I called on this company to help me out when all clear had refused to honor its warranty. Due to all clear poor workmanship Advanced septic had to replace my pump at $1500. Having installed it Advanced did not have the expertise to get the pump working correctly. They are better than all clear, but still don't have electrical knowledge. Get someone else to do the electrical - costing more money. The reason for the 2 star rating is because of their ineptness. I called advanced several times after they had - supposedly - installed my pump correctly, because the system went into failure. Often the failure would alarm within an hour after advanced had made a service call. This indicates that they did not fix the problem. However, even though no change had been effected they still charged me for nothing being done. unscrupulous. When the professional that i have working on it now showed up, he showed me how the pump timer was set to be OFF for 9 hours and then pump for only 30 minutes. That doesn't keep up with anything. I purchased a home with 3 tanks and a lateral field. The center tank ended up being a Multi-Flow aeration chamber that requires routine maintenance every 2-4 years and had been neglected for 13. After finding authorized installers on the manufacturers website, Advanced came in with the lowest bid and installed 30 brand new filters where as the competition only offered to clean the old filters. While here they repaired a damaged lift pump unit, serviced the aeration pump, cleaned the aeration chamber, pumped out another tank, flushed the laterals, inspected two alarm systems and still came in much, much, much cheaper than the next nearest competitor even after a 100 mile round trip. read more
