Having installed it Advanced did not have the expertise to get the pump working correctly. They are better than all clear, but still don't have electrical knowledge. Get someone else to do the electrical - costing more money. The reason for the 2 star rating is because of their ineptness. I called advanced several times after they had - supposedly - installed my pump correctly, because the system went into failure. Often the failure would alarm within an hour after advanced had made a service call. This indicates that they did not fix the problem. However, even though no change had been effected they still charged me for nothing being done. unscrupulous. When the professional that i have working on it now showed up, he showed me how the pump timer was set to be OFF for 9 hours and then pump for only 30 minutes. That doesn't keep up with anything. It was programmed to fail.
