I am taking them to court, as I was refused my dentures, that were being sent back to the lab numerous times, because they were loose. I called my insurance agency, and was told they would give me new dentures, after giving them back the other set! What set? I was given one set, period, and Patel kept playing with them, I didn't even want them to be sent to the lab the last time I was there. I have several phone messages, which I have had my insurance company, and a lawyer hear, from Melissa, saying they received my denture back from the lab and to come on in. I kept asking for Patel to call me before I did, but he never did. So, I went in to get my denture ( which my insurance paid for) they refused to hand it over. So, now the company is being sued, and will be so happy to see them in court!

I have always had problems with my teeth and have partial dentures, adding teeth consistently throughout those 20 years. Along the way I had some trouble with illness and the pandemic interfering with progress. When I finally had to get a full denture, I thought I was in good hands. When I had them delivered it was at an oral surgeons office, it was then I noticed the new full dentures were yellow. I could not understand why because I always had dentures and always had white. But they are yellow. When I called the office, they gave me a hard time, they had a very poor attitude like oh well too bad. The office manager Dana did not want to fix them, she complained about writing something off before, which I do not understand because I have always had insurance, and good insurance. They finally agreed to fix them, I dropped them off and they said it would be much longer than they previously said. I had to get them back because of a family event and needed teeth. Unfortunately this only made her angrier and the one lady legit yelled at me on the phone. I was so afraid because they said they wrote off charges (which I have never heard and don't understand) that I feared they would charge me to get them back and I cannot afford to be at the whim of an office manager that does not care about people. No one could ever explain why they made them yellow, but I (and insurance) spent $1700 for a top and $1700 for a bottom and the bottom does not fit and the top is yellow. My mind wonders if it was intentional just to hurt me because of something the office manager was mad about. It is devastating, I can't even smile and don't trust them to fix it. She was horrible to me and you cannot trust them, they are mean and spiteful. It is ludicrous to believe that anyone would want their denture color changed from white to yellow. Don't go there.

Set an emergency filling after chipping my front tooth and Dr. shallit makes me come back the exact next day just to incorrectly complete the filling. while randomly flossing two days later the filling just came off, wasn't even put on properly. this place sucks and I'm reporting to whoever I can. I call back for a THIRD emergency appointment on the same issue just to be told by Dc. Patel to see dr. Schalit so he can "fix his mistake" even after me telling them I was not comfortable continuing to see him if he is not competent. they will know longer worry about me as a patient
