When the time did come, staff remained friendly, kind, and remember the little things. And that's just the front office staff! Dr. Murray and the technicians do their best to make everyone feel comfortable and create a safe environment. My son had spacers put in in the middle of February. And then Covid hit. Because there was so much uncertainty and what would stay open and what was shot, Dr. Murray took the spacers and said we would start again. He didn't want My son to have to keep The spacers in longer than necessary. Small, little things like this, really let you know they care. I previously had braces as a child and clearly did not wear my retainer enough. Below I've highlighted how his office goes above and beyond: Cleanliness: As a scientist by trade, I can confidently the office met all CDC guidelines for COVID-19. The office was extremely clean at all times and the staff was well equipped with additional safety measures. They have temperature monitoring when you walk in and seating was spaced out accurately. Timeliness: The front desk deserves recognition for this effort. They always worked with me to ensure my next appointment was scheduled accordingly. Friendliness: While not a requirement, Dr. Slutsky and his staff were extremely friendly which made the entire experience more enjoyable. As an adult, I was worried that the retainers might cause a lisp but the assured me this wouldn't be an issue. Low and behold it was not an issue! I found him after a serious fall while walking with my son…read more I tripped on some broken concrete and fell on my face with my teeth taking the brunt of the fall since I had bags in my hands. Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

Parking lot was small but spots were available the two times I've been there. The office is clean and nice. Staffs were all very friendly and professional. I went to the dentist for my routine three-month cleaning. Every time I go, they try to push an…read morex-ray--and honestly, how often does someone really need dental x-rays? I've started declining them because my last one was just a few months ago, earlier this year. It wasn't Dr. Ellen who saw me today. Instead, it was Annalek and a young male Indian doctor. Both of them kept encouraging me to get another x-ray and also suggested that I replace my veneers with theirs, which felt unnecessary to me. Since I get cleanings every three months, you'd think there wouldn't be much to clean. But I've never bled so much during a dental cleaning--it felt almost like I'd had an oral surgical procedure with no anesthesia. It was painful. The technician was scrubbing very aggressively, and afterward the doctor told me my gums were inflamed--well, no surprise there. My mouth was so sore I couldn't eat until the next day. At my next appointment, I don't want either of them attending to me. And honestly, they should NEVER pressure people to buy veneers or push for x-rays every visit. It felt overly aggressive, especially since they don't even know whether I'm in a position to pay for something like that. I know what you did there.

Dr. Oy(1st Dr) put a crown on my tooth. GEHA paid 900 I paid 900(50% coverage) =1800. In less than 2 years, this crown cracked and fell off. I went back. Dr. Ellen(2nd Dr) said it must be replaced. Brian, the manager told me thaqt GEHA would cover ZERO due to it being under 5 years! He got me to sign an "apple care credit" for @ 1900.00. Dr. Ellen recommended a "metal" crown replacement for durability. When crown arrived 2 weeks later(painful temporary one was on) it was porcelain again. Another new dentist, Dr. Tony(3rd Dr), was telling me to use the crown that was there. I asked to consult with Dr. Ellen about this error and was told "she is no longer employed here."_ LETS JUST PUT THE CROWN ON THAT IS HERE. They attempted to gaslight me. Said no metal crown was ever discussed or ordered. Then they called Dr. Ellen on speaker. She recalled ordering the metal crown. So they sent it back, got the metal crown. I called GEHA . They stated that they WOULD COVER 50% for a reconstructed crown. I called Brian(manager). He said you owe apple `$1900.00 they already paid us. I asked for the owner contact info to inform him. They simply refused to provide me with this info. I researched i and found an owner and co-owner - Dr. HARSHIL BOGHARA -OWNER. I REACHED OUT TO HIM ON TWO SOCIAL MEDIA venues. He was paid by GEHA. He never responded! Regional manager, Sarah also refused to give owners name and contact info. SUMMARY - if you dislike being trapped with a used car salesman and gaslit, do not go here. If you don't mind paying 2K in 2023 for a crown, and paying 2K for the same tooth crown in 2025 GO HERE. poor quality original crown, stuck with making payments. Horrible Franchise.
