Good morning, i placed a call to this office and s/w a young…read morelady who stated her name was Colleen. We share a mutual patient. When I asked if she could fax the cardiac clearance request to me, Colleen proceeded to say, "that's funny when we just did that yesterday and your office stated it was received." As I began to tell her, this is a different location for the provider and it was possible the form was sent to that office she cut me off and began to speak over me- her tone of voice was not professional or courteous and not that of someone who should be answering the phone. Instead of using her words, she began to say umm hmm. I normally would not write a review, but this conversation did not go as planned. I'm still waiting for the fax.

My appointment was for x-rays and a cleaning they were thorough and took their time which was great because normally whenever you go to any type of doctors they're always rushing you and pushing you out the door. I will definitely be back there in six months for my next cleaning and anything if needed in between then and would definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs any type of dental work!

Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. I was given one set, period, and Patel kept playing with them, I didn't even want them to be sent to the lab the last time I was there. I have several phone messages, which I have had my insurance company, and a lawyer hear, from Melissa, saying they received my denture back from the lab and to come on in. I kept asking for Patel to call me before I did, but he never did. So, I went in to get my denture ( which my insurance paid for) they refused to hand it over. So, now the company is being sued, and will be so happy to see them in court!

I have always had problems with my teeth and have partial dentures, adding teeth consistently throughout those 20 years. Along the way I had some trouble with illness and the pandemic interfering with progress. When I finally had to get a full denture, I thought I was in good hands. When I had them delivered it was at an oral surgeons office, it was then I noticed the new full dentures were yellow. I could not understand why because I always had dentures and always had white. But they are yellow. When I called the office, they gave me a hard time, they had a very poor attitude like oh well too bad. The office manager Dana did not want to fix them, she complained about writing something off before, which I do not understand because I have always had insurance, and good insurance. They finally agreed to fix them, I dropped them off and they said it would be much longer than they previously said. I had to get them back because of a family event and needed teeth. Unfortunately this only made her angrier and the one lady legit yelled at me on the phone. I was so afraid because they said they wrote off charges (which I have never heard and don't understand) that I feared they would charge me to get them back and I cannot afford to be at the whim of an office manager that does not care about people. No one could ever explain why they made them yellow, but I (and insurance) spent $1700 for a top and $1700 for a bottom and the bottom does not fit and the top is yellow. My mind wonders if it was intentional just to hurt me because of something the office manager was mad about. It is devastating, I can't even smile and don't trust them to fix it. She was horrible to me and you cannot trust them, they are mean and spiteful. It is ludicrous to believe that anyone would want their denture color changed from white to yellow. Don't go there.
