I have had the water system for about a year now and they have come by my house zero times to check it as promised. They have blown me off about 4-5 times with excuses like "the driver couldn't find your house" "the driver didn't see your house on his route" I have set aside countless times to sit at home and wait for them. Every time I call it's a new excuse and never an apology...go elsewhere.

i would look somewhere else for your water needs. they don't even deserve one star. had them…read morerepair one of their existing systems with new replacement parts (per their recommendation) and it has never worked correctly. it constantly freezes up and stops working which requires us to shut down the system for at least 20 minutes and then restart. this has to be done by climbing up and down stairs to access the unit in the crawl space. when they did come out to repair the system we were assured it was fixed but that is not the case. the last time they came out it took them 6 months to show up. they don't want to honor their warranty now which is clearly stated on the invoice. i told them i would do this write up and the owner told me "he could sling mud too" all we are asking for is a system to work correctly and it looks like they can't provide it. with their "50 years experience" they have had 1 1/2 years to make it work and that's not happened.
