Gives me no pleasure to write a review like this for a small business. Having owned a business…read moremyself and know how difficult it can be. However, signed up for a month of the red light therapy. First appointment arrived and no one was there. called left a message. Got a text later owner had the flu, ok this happens but you can't let a customer with an appointment know your ill? To make a long story short this happened more then once she did offer me a free month so ok that's good. Did a few more appointments fine then again today had an 11:00 appt and arrived about 15 minutes early as any good customer would so they can get changed and be ready on time. After texting I got a message my appt was at 11 yup that's right however someone should be here right? Person shows up and explanation was she had a doctors appt and then had to pick up medication. What? Not going back very unprofessional and besides after 5 or 6 sessions I see no change at all and my time is worth respecting. Bummed had high hopes.
