They made an appointment to get right out for the estimate and I had a written estimate within a day! It was very detailed and accurate as to what I should expect. I did receive 3 estimates and this was in the middle. I think based on the outcome it was a great value! One issue they do need to address is communication. From the office to the workers. No one wants to confirm when or if they are coming and it will be up to the customer to call and confirm times. If they had communicated better they would have gotten 5 stars. That said they always did show when scheduled just late at times. (I'm a bit anal, lol) The paint job exceeded my expectation! The crew could not have been nicer and a pleasure to have around. The contractor we hired to remodel the interior of our home, Disaster Relief," heard me speak of replacing the gutters and suggested I phone Nathan at Dynamite Gutters. Being very pleased with the work he had been doing on our home, I took his suggestion and phoned Nathan. Nathan was very courteous and professional. I thought I had taken into consideration all the necessary details, however, knowing his business, he brought to my attention several points to consider.
