I had a huge dislike of the chiropractic therapy, but my foot doctor explained to me his personal experience. Since I was avoiding surgery at all costs, I gave it a try. My situation was explained thoroughly and was told the process takes a while. I still have appointments a couple of times a month. It did take quite a while to see improvement, but I am pain free at this time. Mother went into rehab as an in- patient in September. She had a severe UTI and was very confused…read more During the stay she was dropped by the nurses while they tried to help her walk. She was able to walk with a walker when she entered but after the fall my mother complained that she couldn't walk. They sent her to the hospital for a mental evaluation. Fact of the matter is her back was now broken in two places so they let her lay for day in agony ignoring her. Once we got her to the hospital there was nothing that could be done and my mother died on October 31st from a friggin infection in her broken spine. These people don't have the heart to care for your loved ones. Avoid especially during pandemic. Mother dead due to lack of care.

Editing: I really wish there was a way to get five stars for the service, but three stars for how the office administration portion is run because today this morning I am looking at a new charge on my bank account... Despite sarah assuring me that we would not have it renewed because she did not see it set up for renewal when she set me up on the account. I'm giving them a chance to fix this First before I take it to my bank because I have no record of this being a renewing set up, just like I have no paperwork that says it was set to not renew. I will happily adjust this review once they fix the issue. I would say if you actually need to get this service and you can't risk the same issue happening to you that happened to me today then maybe try to pay in cash. I was little concerned when they tried to blame the office staff for being new; but I had eyes on that contract, I saw it was not set for auto renewal which means someone in the back office updated it later afterwards. I am glad it was renewed and would be happy to use their services again but not with a credit card where I cannot see the settings myself on line.
