Editing: I really wish there was a way to get five stars for the service, but three stars for how the office administration portion is run because today this morning I am looking at a new charge on my bank account... Despite sarah assuring me that we would not have it renewed because she did not see it set up for renewal when she set me up on the account. I'm giving them a chance to fix this First before I take it to my bank because I have no record of this being a renewing set up, just like I have no paperwork that says it was set to not renew. I will happily adjust this review once they fix the issue. I would say if you actually need to get this service and you can't risk the same issue happening to you that happened to me today then maybe try to pay in cash. I was little concerned when they tried to blame the office staff for being new; but I had eyes on that contract, I saw it was not set for auto renewal which means someone in the back office updated it later afterwards. I am glad it was renewed and would be happy to use their services again but not with a credit card where I cannot see the settings myself on line.
