I reported the issue immediately, didn't hear from them even though they have a 24 hour managed phone line. the next day I called and emailed again, i was told the issue would be resolved by 7pm. I arrived back to the property at 7:30 to still have to the problem not resolved. Called and emailed again... after 18 hours still not reply so I called and emailed again. If you decide to book with them beware that if you have an issue it won't get resolved.

However, our current experience is a nightmare, and we haven't even arrived at the rental yet. Towns has decided they will no longer let you pay through VRBO. You have to pay outside of VRBO with a difficult-to-use service and have to pay an additional 3% fee to use the difficult-to-use service. We tried to reach them twice during business hours without success and finally called the "emergency" number, left a message, and received a call. Unless you like getting ripped off and spending a lot of time and aggravation booking a vacation rental, steer clear of any properties managed by Towns Property Management.
