Pretty standard, nothing wrong there. Turns out we probably should have just included 1/3" bleeders or maybe just shot ourselves in the head. I'm not sure why they decided to blow up the background in the mailers but they did. This resulted in our client's head being cut off. Will never in a million years use this company again, even if they paid us.

UPS Stores have accepted my USPS prepaid packages for years without providing a receipt. I ship packages every week and have dropped them off at many UPS Store locations, including this one just a few days earlier, without any issues. This time, Melanie incorrectly told me that she could not accept the package. I politely explained that I have been using this process regularly for several years and that she was the first employee to tell me otherwise. Instead of listening, she raised her voice and started arguing with me. Employees should know the policies and procedures of their job and communicate with customers respectfully. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management provides better training to prevent similar situations in the future.
