They leave you high and dry and have zero conscience about it, none! I handed over all of my private, highly sensitive financial information to this so-called tax preparation company after they promised a clear 3-week turnaround. It's now been over 3 MONTHS, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Oh, except when the assistant called to ask "if I was still interested in their services. Smh. Unbelievable. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation. They're in possession of my full identity--Social Security number, income records, banking information--and have vanished without a trace.
